Good place to stay near subway. Staff is friendly. Got free umbrella when raining
AAA+++ Great location, meters from railway entrance, plenty of authentic Japanese restaurants around the area. If travelling in Shinjuku again will stay here again. Room is very big for Japanese standards, good quality free coffee machine in lobby and room also has washing machine and dryer.
Very clean and staff are accommodating and facility in perfect condition. Spa is really good
Cleanliness and staff are perfect, despite there are no small amenities (e.g. Shower cap, comb..).
Good location. Great breakfast buffet choices but not a great range of wine to accompany evening meal. I had a lovely Spanish wine but could only get it by the bottle and it cost ¥8000 that is around £56 at current exchange rate.
Clean, small rooms (usual in Tokyo), metro nearby. Overall not bad area to stay. Good breakfast buffet that was never crowded
It is a great location for touring Tokyo and Godzilla is not all that scary
Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the East Exit of Shinjuku Station. As ofthers have said, rooms are small but expected for Japan.
The hotel location is easily accessible by subway and JR. However, my only concern is that the hotel room is not sound proof which means you may hear people talking in the next suite.
