It is a cut below the other brand hotel close by as far as appearance and upkeep. Has a very ‘70s vibe to the rooms and common areas. Was serviceable at best. Staff friendly and extended our stay for late checkout without an issue.

The hotel was perfect for a quick overnight stay. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was satisfactory. We had a king bed which was very comfortable but we needed bigger pillows and they didn’t have any more to offer us! Overall good stay for the price!

I liked the pool and hot tub. We didn't get a chance to eat the hot breakfast, because we slept in. It was very peaceful during our stay.

The location was convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful. Brothers Pizza delivers there. And breakfast was good and clean too.

This place was awful!! I booked the rooms on my credit card. Staff at desk let people check in without me being present and without looking at a credit card, ID, anything! Plus she was rude. Then my son's room had crushed up crackers all over the carpet and dried urine all over the base of the toilet. He had hair all through his sheets. I would NEVER stay here again. It doesn't have to be fancy, but it does have to be CLEAN!! There is no excuse for that.

Excellent hotel
Everything was excellent from the girl that checked me in, the breakfast was delicious and the woman that worked in the dining room are the best. The food was delicious and the room is very clean. The woman that checked me out was very friendly and pleasant. The grounds outside are very clean also. I don’t mind paying more if it’s worth it.

This was a big surprise. We had the hotel practically to ourselves. Gorgeous pool area with hot tub and a balcony in our suite. The staff was impeccable. The breakfast service was delicious and ver mclean. We are coming back.

Already mentioned. Easy to find. Pool and hot tub. Not so conjested you felt unsafe. Staff were kind and patient with all customers that I observed. Dining area very clean. I did check my room and felt it had definitly been cleaned.

we stay at the best western often when i visit my elderly parents because we have a dog and have always had a good experience. this time, the motel charged us almost double the normal rate the pet charge. the room was dirty (especially the bathroom) and our room keys kept deactivating even if they weren't near our phones or credit cards. I don't usually leave bad reviews but we will have to find a new place to stay.
