The location is good. Unfortunately we dun have time to try the onsen. That night we saw a cockcroach inside our room, but we thought it's due to the unlock door and heavy rain outside. Amazing hotel for an amazing town. Very close to station. Beautiful Japanese style suite with all amenities. The staff were extremely helpful. The onsen innthe hotel was great, indoors and outdoors. Breakfast buffet fantastic. The shops in the hotel were very good and convenient.
