Pros: Food, location, clean
Cons: King size bed only had 4 feet, so it sagged in the middle and that made a good bed significantly less comfortable.
Nice hotel, booked after leaving another hotel in Haridwar with a better rating was found to be too dirty. The room was spacious, staff was nice, and we were happy with the facilities. Wifi was unusable in the room but they sent IT who hooked up a repeater to the inroom network jack to fix. Food was good. I would stay here again.

Loved the pool and gym. This hotel is located away from the center of the city which is very crowded.the location close to pentagon mall provided access to Shopping and dining.

This is my second visit in the same hotel. Loved it so much..calm place free from noise...friendly n well behaved staff. Value for money food...fantastic b'fast.

Cons: Visit any other Radission property and learn.....
Location: Decent Location.
Issues with the stay - Swimming Pool not working - - Three families staying together - given rooms very far apart, even different floors (Although the bookings were done almost a week in advance) - Water Supplies went out in the middle of the night - No hot water in the morning - No TV - The cable went out on the second day. - Never came back - Nobody even responded to the request to check what is wrong – They forget - Even when the cable was on - Hardly any channels available. - Very slow room service - almost took 1hr 30min to finish lunch - The staff keeps forgetting the requests – Made a request to clean the room at 11AM, Came back to 8PM- it was still not clean- Called to the clean the room at 8PM but nobody showed up . ----They forget… Sure - one can better properties - Worst ever Radisson Property I have ever stayed in.

Friendly hotel staff. Water seepage visible quite a few places. Standard rooms worth experiancing for 3500-4000 per night.

Central air conditioning was not working. Surprise was that Mr. Amandeep at reception told that it works during summers only and they provide room heaters during winters. They did not provide heaters as well. Sleep was disturbed as it was chilling December night, 26th dec. My stay packaged included breakfast but the staff charged as we got late by one hour. We were there for immersion of ashes in Ganges. One more reception staff , Mr. Suhail was rude . Staff not well trained , lowering Radisson image. One more thing no space for drivers.....big disappointment.

Hotel itself is great. 1. Upon checking in, I requested a late checkout. I was informed this would be perfectly fine and I could check out at 2PM (instead noon checkout).I made plans accordingly for the next day. A few hours later, I called to inquire about foreign currency exchange. On that call I was told that I would not be able to have an extended checkout. This put me in a very difficult situation as I had already booked plans. I let them know this was poor customer service and that they should have let me know the first time I asked. They still declined and I requested to speak to the manager, who would only be available in the morning.They then called me back 5 minutes later to let me know they would let me have an extended checkout. 2. Upon checkout, I was asked for payment. When I told them it was booked through hotels.com and was prepaid they said it was not. Although I should have argued and asked them to double check, I handed them my credit card. Upon getting home, I checked my statement and of course, they charged me, and hotels.com charged me. I am currently waiting on a resolution on this as I have emailed both the hotel and contacted hotels.com. 3. Overall, there is not a nicer hotel in Haridwar to stay at. I would recommend staying here, but be careful with the front desk staff as they are not the brightest people and will give you a difficult time.
