Front desk person was very unfriendly and uninterested.

Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very inconvenient to check the outfit before heading out the door. It’s little odd things that just made it not feel like a luxury stay. And no one mentioned to us beforehand that the sauna, gym, pool area (even though in off season) was under renovation and not available to use. The restaurant was amazing though, room service was wonderful. And staff were adorable. But I don’t know if we would book again tbh.

Decent enough ‘trendy’ hotel, pool is dumb (“no swimming”?!), w the entire place seemingly catering to younger people w bad taste. The rooftop is loud and obnoxious, but if that’s your thing, have at it. Location is great, staff just ok on average, style over substance though, ultimately :/

We have stayed here before and the location is great and the place is fine but it really needs some updates. It felt dirty this time and the blue velvet headboard and chairs in the room need to be refreshed.

There is only one reference for breakfast and it would close by 10:30 AM always a humongous line, never made it inside. Had to walk out to be able to get a bite to eat.. the line to get coffee was insane. My room was next to the eye machine. I had no idea until the last day. I couldn’t understand all the noise. But the hotel is in a great convenience spot walking distance to Times Square fifth Avenue and Central Park. Making a very convenient a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was always cleaned every day so that made it nice to come to a clean room. Always enough towels never having to ask for more.
