Mostly Good.

Pros: Staff, location, cleanliness of hotel.
Cons: Make it possible cool the rooms to a cooler level. Adjust prices in the bar.
Location: Great access to major roadways and easy trip to and from Newark Airport. Great restaurants and shopping in close proximity.
Good access to major roadways. Room and staff excellent. Were charge for both self park and valet park. Called hotel and they will take self park off the bill. The room was too hot. Set the thermostat to 65 but the room never fell below 75 for our three nights there. The bar charges $16.50 for a martini. Way too excessive. This is Short Hills, not SOHO. Over all a good stay, and I would stay again if in the area.

Not exactly what you'd expect out of a Hilton

Pros: See above--great beds and coffee!
Cons: Maybe check the appliances to see that they're working and clean
While the staff were bare minimum courteous and the beds were very comfortable with good in room coffee and easy check out, the door to the bathroom was often stuck and hard to push open, there was some rust on the appliances, and the fridge wasn't cold. Given the hotel also had a spa and a restaurant and was in a nice area, the kind of shabby motel elements were surprising to see in a Hilton for the money we had paid.

Still loving the spa pool

Even though it is showing it's age a bit, the spa pool is still like a little slice of heaven for the weary!

Pool bar/grill was horrible. Very little to choose from and way way over priced. Pool staff is very uncaring unless they see you with an outside drink or food then they are all over you. Beware they are stalking you to get you in trouble. Just tell them you have a food allergy and they walk away

Stayed for a local wedding...liked the location...but it could use a bit of a refresh. There seemed to be quite a bit of construction going on at the time, perhaps the refresh is already under way?

Close to the mall!

They have a free shuttle to the mall next door which is really convenient. The Salon/Spa on-site is great and reasonably priced. Good manicures. Their restaurant is good and has great service, which you usually don't get at hotel restaurants. They also have gluten free options too. Room has a minifridge. There is room service also. Great lighting in the bathroom for makeup, good counter space in there too. Bed was nice and soft. Plenty of plugs in the room. Lighted closet. Coffee maker in the room. Quiet air conditioner. Ice maker down the hall. I think 20 minutes or so to Newark airport. Already planning to stay there on my next trip.
