nice hotel exempt for......

Hotel staff misplaced my husbands car keys . Had us waiting in the lobby for an hour while the staff tried looking for them but thank god were found . I had a bridal shower to go to and I got there late they then that was a Nice hotel we Stayed over night for a friends wedding . Room was clean and comfortable expect for the air conditiong. Temp only goes down to 65 and when the weather hits over 90 It's still hot so sleeping was alittle sticky

Pros: Location, ease in parking overnight.
Cons: Could use updating in the suites.
Location: Location was fine, close to the local places I needed to be.
Hotel staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed my stay.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton Memorial Day weekend. Our room was beautiful, we booked a suite. The food and service at the restaurant, bar and pool were terrific! There were problems though... Some big and some small. The tennis courts weren't available due to construction, which was very disappointing, considering that we enjoy playing and brought our racquets. The other disappointment was that the pool was closed all day, until 3pm. This didn't make any sense. It was overcast all day but warm. It rained at 8am and then stopped. The terrible thing that happened which will ensure that we never stay at this hotel again is the way I was treated by a front desk clerk named Damien. When I complained about the pool bring closed on Memorial Day coupled with the tennis courts being unavailable, he started talking over me and fighting with me in the lobby. Guests were looking as he kept fighting with me. It was horrible. I asked the manager, who I was speaking to to have Damien stop speaking to me but he didn't. It was the worst experience. Damien should be fired.
