Nice hotel

Place was great and quiet. Great friendly staff and rooms were very clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Heber. The price was amazing after we found out the rates In Phoenix were a bit pricey.

$30 motel worthy, $80 bill

Lights were out. No smoke detector. Curtains broken. This hotel is definitely not current with Best Western standards.

Very nice room,

Could have used some more cover on the bed, was cool for sleeping. Heater made too much noise and blew cool air most of the time.

Sufficient Hotel

It was a sufficient hotel and room. The breakfast included left a lot to be desired. Holiday Inn Express does a lot better job with their breakfasts. What was there was not appealing (looked old, I.E. fruit and donuts) The Sausage and gravy was not palatable.

I am sorry that you did not enjoyed our breakfast. We do serve full breakfast now with lots of verity. For the price of your room and verity of our breakfast I think we do a lot better job then Holiday Inn.

Hotel was nice. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was great. Breakfast was free and good!

Very convenient and clean Hotel.

I have stayed in this Hotel before, it has clean rooms, good wifi and have found it to be well managed, with a great staff, good complimentary breakfast and lots of free parking.
