Hotel serviceable

Hotel was serviceable. Rooms seemed clean. Facility seemed to show its age. Expected more for the price point.

Location: lots of restaurants
fixed tv that wasn't working very helpful in getting an appropriate room for us, as we use canes.

I got a smoking room and I am not a smoker. When I left the next morning. My clothes smelled like smoke. Very disappointed. The free breakfast was great. Don’t think I will go back.

I'm sorry you got a smoking room. When you make a reservation through a 3rd party such as Expedia, it comes through our system as "1 Queen bed, Smoking". I don't know why. When you get to our front desk, you need to specify your reservation. If we have the room type available that you prefer, we will change the reservation for you and give you what you want. We're glad you enjoyed your breakfast.

Bed and pillows are soft. Room and bathroom are clean. Good breakfast. The TV’s picture clarity could have been better. Good WiFi. Overall, great experience.

In town for a meeting

Pros: The staff was great! Good wifi.Centrally located to the bulk of commerce. Really good mattress and pillows in terms of firmness, which is appreciated.
Cons: Better sheets. They felt thin and a bit grainy.
Location: For food, I recommend White Mountain Donuts and the Cattlemen's Steakhouse.
The check-in experience was great. The room was clean, the bed seemed like a full-size, though I booked a queen-size. Adequate cable channel offerings. Breakfast voucher was included and the food was really good (their biscuits and gravy rocked!

Excellent- Updated - Recommend!

I would absolutely stay here again. The property has been updated; our room was like new - high quality, not a scratch or stain anywhere. All amenities you could want. The breakfast that is included is the best ever. The voucher can be used at their attached Diner. Pick from a selection of meals or as $4.50 credit toward another higher price meal. Save your money. The voucher meals are ample and delicious. Staff are friendly and attentive, room was excellent, and food was delicious- all for a very reasonable price. I never bother with writing these reviews, but this property deserves the praise.

Great place to stay in Show Low

Very nice hotel. We stayed recently as a family, we were very pleased. The staff was helpful, courteous, attentive, friendly. (on point). We will definately stay there on our next trip.
