Housekeeping is not provided. The floors were sandy like you would expect at a beachside property, except there is no beach. It was also sticky in some areas. Something had been spilled and not properly cleaned up. One of our towels had a large brownish stain. "Hot breakfast" consists of store-bought frozen breakfast burritos and sausage muffins. Also a waffle maker. This is not truly a "hot breakfast." The property claims to have Internet, but don't be fooled. It doesn't. The girl at the desk made the kind suggestion that we use our hotspots, which is what we did. But they should not be advertising that they have wi-fi connection since they don't.

Really nice stay! Stayed in a 2 queen room, one bed was nicer than the other. The house/property behind the hotel, dogs are super reactive if you walk in the parking lot in Arby’s next door. Breakfast could have been better but overall we enjoyed our stay and staff was very friendly!

Great clean friendly place to stay
We stayed one night. Reception was very friendly and prompt. Room we had was renovated with clean wood floors, an updated bathroom, and new TV. Rooms have a microwave and fridge. It was quiet. Breakfast was good: continental plus waffles. No eggs. Food was fresh. We felt we got a great deal staying here. As we left (fall 2023) it looked like they were replacing some flooring still.

The staff is very nice, and I love that they allow pets! Sheets are cleanand everything else was satisfactory BUT when I sat on the chair the arms were so dirty they were kind of sticky, slimy, grimy. Everything else was great

A cockroach delight.
I killed two huge cockroaches the minute we walked into the room. The room temperature was set at 60 degrees. It was freezing and took hours to warm up. Otherwise it was wonderful? No.

Beds were unbelievably horrible to sleep on. That’s why we checked out a day early. Also the third party making the reservation needs to find out if you need a bottom floor because of any disability. We had to switch rooms because we were unable to carry our luggage upstairs.

Good option for small town
We had a lower level room and we could hear everything upstairs all night. But we were tired from a long day of riding, so it didnt bother us much. Breakfast was nothing special. Overall, room was clean.

No Roadway for me
The management was terrible. Rude. And the place charged me an additional fee for my company yet I was booked for 2. It appears to me they were more concerned about their bottom line than with customer service. I was charged not just hotels fee but another $25.00 for a friend who needed a bed. I do not sleep with another woman. Most disappointing. Breakfast lacked as well. There was no fruit left. I had a yogurt and a muffin. From what I could see- the only hot breakfast was a waffle iron and a few foods to zap in the micro. No thanks. I use to live in Snowflake. I will stay in the future at Best Western.

We reserved 2 rooms. One was remodeled and nice 2 was very out dated including mattress. Inconsistencies there were frustrating. Hot breakfast? No. That needs to be removed. Lady that checked us in didn't make eye contact, no smile. Not very good customer service.
