We don't have a single full mattress in any of the rooms. Everything is either a full King or Queen and all purchased at the same time. In your other reviews, you mentioned that you had relatives close by. So they or you are welcome to measure any of the mattresses and if you can find a single full sized bed in our rooms, will gladly give you 5,000 cash if you can come by and prove your claim before our next upgrade in 2 months. That's how confident we are that we didn't pull a bait and switch routine as claimed. Please do a surprise visit or just call to make arrangements. As for the people you mocked, we do hire folks who are developmentally delayed, but are extremely dedicated to their work. Had you interacted with them in any way, you would have found them to not only be responsive but truly care. Did you at any point try to talk, call or text anyone about your concerns? If you had, the spa would have been taken care of immediately - and you are correct on that one. Sadly, there was a drunk there who celebrated New Yrs a bit more than he should have. By Saturday around 6:30pm, the spa area was cleaned up and if you entered that pool area on Sunday prior to your check out, you would have discovered everything had been resolved even though there hadn't been a single customer complaint.

We do pride ourselves on having the cleanest rooms, so certainly appreciate that note. We do apologize for the rowdy/drunk guests - with it being New Years Eve, we did have to kick out two groups of people. It is unfortunate that, once drunk, some folks are incapable of understanding the consequences until the cops are brought in to escort them. There really isn't much that can be done when the people being spoken to are completely inebriated with no ability to comprehend what is said. Even the best of negotiators would be hard pressed to get their point across. Anyone coming in drunk, we don't allow them to check in - other than that, not really sure what else can be done when guests overdo it during weddings and holidays. Sad to see a 2.0 rating as our staff is very much graded on such reviews, but certainly understand your position.

We do apologize that you had a bad experience. For what it's worth, we did get rid of room 101 for smoking - a behavior we don't tolerate once they have been warned. Unfortunately, some guests can be difficult. As for the TV, we did offer the option to have it replaced, but the preference was for the discount, which was applied on the same day and you should see it by tomorrow.
