When I say hotel staff, there was someone at the front desk that would explode if they cracked a smile. Everyone else was great! The hotel needs some TLC though. Even though I booked way in advance, I had a choice of only two room and they were both ADA! First one smelled so bad I immediately changed but only to another ADA :/ the floors throughout could really be vacuumed

We will certainly share you feedback regarding the floors as this is not typical or acceptable for the standards we uphold at our hotel. Great hotel for Louisiana Boardwalk stay/shopping

Great hotel for boardwalk shopping...parking is a big plus for this hotel. All shops, theater, and restaurants within walking distance...

Stayed in room 208. I could clearly hear the guy snoring in room next door.

20th Wedding Anniversary

Had to change room @ 10pm b/c a/c didn't work. Then we were placed in a handicapp room for the remainder of our stay. The lighting was horrible. The handle on the tub was broke. Not a real nice experience for being married 20 years. Plus to top it off we were offer breakfast for free. Come on man. No stay for us in the future.

Courtyard by Marriott hotels around the nation offer cook-to-order breakfast and Starbucks Coffee all for purchase. This same Bistro opens up in the evening to offer a seasonal evening menu and full bar, too. With many of the brands offering complimentary breakfast these days we understand how one would assume such at the Courtyard as well. This is a brand standard, not an independent decision. We are sorry this disappointed you but hope that with this new knowledge you will not be unpleasantly surprised at your next stay at Courtyard hotel. We hope you will return to enjoy our Bistro and the many restaurants located on the Louisiana Boardwalk. As a valued guest, thank you again for your feedback and we hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Bossier City.

Front desk was amazing to our needs. Loved our room. Very convenient and having Starbucks in the hotel was an awesome plus.
