Started off bad

Tried to check in @ 2 was told short staffed & nothing ready took my # said would call as soon as room was clean never called, I returned @ 3:30 & they were checking other people in so I had a 30min wait to get my room! 2nd nite I stayed room key didn't work but it was ok for price I paid it really needs updated & bathrooms could be cleaned more thorough

Pros: cheap
Cons: hopeless below quality of expedia 2nd time to be put in sub quality facility other in hot springs
Location: mostly pawn shops and crappy motels
non smoke rm smelled strongly of smoke large block of ice in small frig frozen bug in ice tray heat controls did not work

Terrible room

Room smelled like smoke, carpet dirty, fridge and sinks dirty, cigarette burns, fridge not working, ruined my food, had to throw it away bed was messy,ugly, no ice machine, no continental breakfast. Staff was rude, unprofessional, I will never go back. They said that Expedia does not check with the hotel to check what they have available, they just make the reservation, and send people. It was terrible, it was 10 pm when I arrived, so I stayed, I paid $40.24 for a nightmare.

Problems from check in...

Reserved smoking got non smoking. Go to room. Not cleaned from previous person at 630 pm! Went back office. Give me a new key to new room. Go back use key...room occupied by people..lucky wasn't shot. Went t back to office..3rd trip. Given key to 3rd room. Go to room and key won't work. 4 trips to get a moderate room with not even coffee maker. Checked out 7 am. No thanks.

Family travelers, not picky but practical.

Room was clean, but furniture was worn, yet completely functional. Nice staff. Great wi-fi. Close to lots of shopping at grocery store or mall, restaurants. Not far from the Boardwalk area of Bossier.

*Clean and Quiet

*good parking *clean room, a couple of scrapes on paint but overall comfortable *staff was very friendly and helpful *shower had a sit-down ledge for those who cannot stand to shower, good for accommodating elderly *the area was quiet and seemed safe enough *easy to find, right off of the interstate
