Front desk staff needs to go to charm school

After driving 7 hours with two kids the last thing you need is a rude and very unhelpful person at the front desk. I booked two rooms online. Room 1 two queens, room 2 a king. When checking in the person at the front desk informed me that the king room was unavaible but I could have a 2 queen room for the same rate. I was also told that they had a King suite for twenty dollars more but since I booked through expedia, I could not pay the extra amount. I was also informed that the king bed rate was more than the queen and I was lucky to get a room. Expedia was wonderful, they did call the front desk and comfirmed my story and refunded me the difference.
