Good place to stay

The only reason I gave a lower score is bc the room was so hot that joght. The a/c was turned down but it just wasnt blowing hard enough to cool the room off. And the pillows SUCK! They look fluffy until you lay on them and them its like punching dough...FLAT

Concert

Very good, the only problem was Expedia assigned us to a smoking room. The hotel did a great job helping eradicate the smoke.

Disappointing experience

Pros: Beautiful property, nice facilities, quite, and a excellent location.
Cons: Room service and attending to guest request.
Location: Very good location, easy to get to from the expressway and near all the casinos, and restaurants nearby.
No room service available for food, had to go and pick up your own food at the bar. Needed an iron because the one in the room did not work, had to call the desk 4 times and took 3 or 4 to get an working one. The room attendant had a bad attitude upon bring the iron up. The room was clean late each day around 4 pm.

Pros: It was a nice and clean hotel
Location: Casinos
It was a very nice hotel. The only thing is I booked a room online for a non-smoking room. When we walked into the room it smelled strong from cigarette smoke. I have allergies really bad and the next day after staying there, I had an allergy/asthma problem and felt bad all day. Next time, I will notify the desk and request another room.

Not what I expected for a Hilton

We checked in and were given our room keys. Got to the room, neither worked. Called down to the front desk and was told they would send someone to help us. 20 minutes later a staff member arrived to find that our keys were not programmed correctly. Through the night, we found that our room was directly over an entrance door, so we could hear everyone yelling as they came in from bar crawling, all through the night. In the morning, we tried to make coffee in the coffee machine, but there was only a single package of sweetener and a single stir straw. When I checked out, I found that they rang up my debit card for $25.00 for "incidentals". I was told it would be a few days before I would have that back on my bank account. I wasn't asked, or told that they would do this until the following morning. I told the clerk, at check out, about our experience, and since I booked my room on Hotels.com, I was told that I could only get a free breakfast voucher. We took them up on the offer and had breakfast. After trying to use the toaster at the "do-it-yourself" breakfast bar, and after burning three slices of bread, I finally got someone to come and adjust the toaster. I tried to do that myself after burning the first one, but was told not to adjust it myself, that it was set where it needed to be. Well, I tried again, and again, only to burn up each slice, until a cook came and set it where I tried to set it to begin with.

The Staff made me feel at home

Pros: Clean, quiet, great location and felt safe and secure.
Cons: the landscaping by the pool could be improved and later hours for the restaurant and bar would be nice.
My main criteria for a hotel is cleanliness and they delivered. The added bonus was the staff - they were so friendly and helpful. Margarita at the front desk was amazing and made me feel right at home. This was my second trip to the area in the last 6 months and my previous stay was at one of the large casinos which offered a filthy room and an unfriendly staff. It was nice having a shuttle available and the location was convenient to Barksdale AFB. Having in-room coffee, fridge and microwave was nice and the bed was comfortable. This hotel is certainly not "high end" but for a 3 star it far exceeded my expectations and is close to that 4th star. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel

Very friendly and fast service. The room I had was a double queen. It was spacious and very clean. Definitely will be back if ever staying in Bossier!
