What we booked on Expedia was 1 king bed. Had the reservation to prove it but staff said it that is not what was booked and was unwilling to help

Outside, the property is nice. That's it. They ended up comping my breakfast after the 3rd attempt to make eggs. I ended up with literally scrambled eggs with large pieces of onion in it because they chose to serve a PARTIAL omelet rather than just come tell me they didn't have any more spinach, potatoes nor mushrooms. Even the manager agreed that that was stupid. Then there was the one roach in the bathroom. Thankfully it was only seen once by my young granddtr who came running out of the bathroom. But the absolute WORST thing of all is that my Nintendo Switch was stolenI I wasn't even in the building for 48 hours from check in to check out and my Switch was stolen. I reported it immediately. Evening manager said night manager would have paperwork for me to fill out upon check out and an "investigation" would be done. Of course, night manager denied having any paperwork. I waited throughout the ENTIRE weekend with ZERO response from management about my Switch. Nothing on Monday. Nothing on Tuesday until I finally became extremely annoyed (you think??) and called them. The General Manager knew nothing of my stolen Switch! Much less any investigating being done! I spoke to him Tuesday evening and now it's Thursday and ZERO calls back after calling him all day. ZERO update. ZERO resolution. And I'm a Hilton rewards member!!
