THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE DOWNTOWN AND CASINO.

Pros: LOCATION
Cons: FREE WATER TO DRINK.
Location: OK
MOST THINGS WAS GOOD BUT, SPECIAL CARE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO SHOWER RAIL TRACK.

Would Stay Again

Excellent Stay

It is a great place to stay. I stay every time I go to Shreveport except once when they were booked. The rooms were very clean and the service from the front desk to the personnel cleaning the rooms is excellent. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I really appreciated the little shopping for snacks area downstairs because I didn't feel like getting back out to Walmart once I was in for the night.

Shower Problems

Nice room. Very nice workout facility. Unfortunately, shower door did not close. Had to take cool to warm shower because water controls only allowed scalding hot or cool water. Not much fun after good workout.

Huge room. Nice crib provided. Quiet. Wine and dinner (gumbo, salad, bread, cheese, fruit, veggies) was free. Breakfast was included. Hot tub in the pool area was totally cold...

When we arrived to the room there was food on the floor under the couch and chair. the beds look like they had been jumped upon. arriving into the bathroom there was two towels two wash cloths and a bath mat.. our reservations for 4 adults 3 children. . Would have liked to have at least 7 towels,we went to pull out the hide-a-bed couch we only found a set of sheets no pillow cases there was not a comforter or a blanket for the guests on the bed to cover up with, so the adults had to take theirs off to give to the children I thought the room would have been fine other than the food being left on the floor from past tenants. if there would have been more towels in the restroom for all of us and if there would have been more blankets to cover up with I feel like if that would have happened we would have had a pretty good day. We never really visited with anybody who worked at the hotel we tried to call the front desk several times to get more towels and washcloths and there was never an answer there was no iron in the room we didn't need it but there was an ironing board the breakfast was the complimentary breakfast was real nice and the dining room was nice and clean breakfast food tasted good. location of the hotel was good. Would I stay there again ? Only if u viewed the room first. ..

Needs some attention to details

We rented a suite to fit all of our family as we were traveling back home. Our suite had lights that didn't work and ceiling fans that didn't funtion. Other than that, it was a fairly nice and big suite.
