It was known that our king suite would hold 3 guests. We arrived to find no sheets/pillows in room for either sleeper sofa. Front desk was irritated because we asked 3 times for linens. Ongoing lack of bath towels as we had to bring bath towels to the pool...none available in workout room. Shouldn't be re-used for bath time! This was another front desk irritation. Molded tile inside shower with sliding doors that are very off-track. A little frightening. Excellent breakfast buffet! Decent hotel overall.

Very friendly, clean, and good breakfast

When request for accessible room was not received, staff during check in was very flexible and accommodating. I was even allowed to go check out the room real quick before they finalized the move. She was very nice and apologetic about the mix up. The staff for the rest of our stay was just as friendly. Room and dining area were very clean all the time, and the breakfast every morning had a great variety and was very fresh. The pool was a great layout, clean water, and easy access. If I had any complaints, it would be that the elevator is pretty slow and kind of hot, but if that's all we have to deal with, then it's not too bad!

Great Hotel off of I 20

Traveling and needed a place to stay. This hotel had a very clean room and very comfortable bed. Best breakfast ever had at a hotel. I was very impressed with young man working the breakfast area. He helped everyone and kept all food and drink ready for many people never hesitating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a place to stay.

Visiting Home

Pros: The location was secluded, clean, easy to move around, comfortable and the breakfast buffet is awesome.
Cons: Firmer pillows, signage close to the street and additional parking. You'll drive by it due to the curve in the road and no curb sign.
Location: The location was central to quick shopping, dining, the main highway and inner-loop. No highway noise, sits back in a quiet area.
Being back home to visit family and friends for a short stay...this place made it easy and comfortable. Having a full kitchen, living area and separate bedroom made this feel like a small cozy apartment. Although they were putting in new carpeting in hallways, no one was ever in our way nor were we inconveinenced in any way. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was great... no need to drive to the Ihop or Waffle house, in house and included with our stay. The only recommendation we have, is to please get some firmer pillows.
