Very clean rooms, and friendly helpful staff. My only compliant is The door wouldn’t unlock at times. Everything else was great, and we will stay again

The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I have always had great experiences at LaQuinta, but your customer services has taken it up to new levels. It’s been a while since I have used LaQuinta, but it time to come back. Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay.

No hot water! Offered another room, hot water came on, turned down having to move. Lost hot water again. Hotel staff said it was a known condition that a group of rooms occasionally lost hot water. Why did they assign a room with a known shortcoming?

Hotel facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Bathtub had rust and was very old but everything else was great.

Great staff, nicely updated rooms, super clean and plenty of safe parking. There is also an IHOP and Waffle House in the parking lot. It's a bit loud from the highway and the walls are very thin. The doors are heavy.
