Easy access to the interstate

Posted Sep 21, 2016
Pros: I enjoyed the fact that there was a kitchen and a living area with everything you needed like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It could use some updated furniture.
Location: The hotel is right off the interstate exit. Its like a hidden jewel in the mist of lots of other hotels.
The hotel was excellent for the price. The room was clean and supplied with all the necessary supplies you would need. It was more like home with the separate living areas.

Mini vacay

Posted Sep 9, 2016
The hotel it self was great, except for one front desk clerk. She's rude and does not speak. My husband and I have stayed quite often,if wasn't for the other staff ,which are very nice and accommodating. The make it very pleasant.

Very friendly staff. Big thumbs up!!

Posted Sep 6, 2016
Lady at the front desk was super sweet and accommodating upon arrival. I asked for early check in since I was not feeling well. She set me up w a room right away. I have stayed at this location numerous times with no issues. No reflection upon her, but the room was not nice. Old, only had a shower (no tub), and dark mold coming from vents. This seems more like a management issue as the staff can only work w what they have.

Run down hotel

Posted Aug 9, 2016
Badly worn out hotel. "Non-smoking room" smelled badly of smoke. Kids playing loudly till 2:00am outside. Hotel needs to be torn down.

Spacious

Posted Jul 31, 2016
I really enjoyed staying here and thanks to Expedia, I only paid $56 with tax for one queen bed. The furniture was not updated, but there was plenty of it. A loveseat, 2 comfy chairs, a desk with a chair, a table with 2 chairs, a dresser amd 2 end tables and a flat screen t.v. It has central a/c, a stove with oven, large fridge, and a dishwasher. They provided dish detergent and diswasher soap. There was a pan, and some dishes. The room was clean, the restroom was clean, despite being an older establishment. My only concern was when I took a shower there was a large patch in the ceiling that had been poorly addressed and it looked like it could fall on me at any moment. (It looked like it was bulging). The breakfast area was nice and was one of the best breakfasts I had had at a hotel in a while. Coffee, cranberry juice, waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage patties and omelettes. The egg was very good with veggies and I don't eat eggs much or veggies, but it was great. Unfortunately, I could only stay one night because they were booked the rest of the weekend, but I would have liked to have stayed. It is near the freeway and was very loud outside. When the t.v. was off, I could cleary hear it inside the room. That was room 214. They do have rooms further from the freeway. I did not see any roaches during my stay, which is a big thing for me. I felt safe there. The lady at the front desk said a cop lives there.

Off putting

Posted Jul 27, 2016
A year ago I stayed at the Towne Place Suites and just got this one mixed up for that one. Main Stay had a uninterested staff member who handed me a bag of sofa bed bedding. The room felt like an inner city project location rather than just 1 hotel away from a very safe feeling.

Property much in need of repair and updating. Not worth the savings.
