Never again!!

Our sheets were dirty!! The bathroom was filthy! The tub had hair and dirt in it. The toilet was gross!! We had to clean the room ourselves!! So we could bathe and lay down. There was old condoms left in the dresser. Shows me they don't deep clean.. As we went in and out the hotel.... Certain workers were on their phones while working. Which is probably why the room wasn't touched. There's no microwave or fridge. Not even a ice machine in the hall. We had to go to the first floor EVERYTIME. The room wasn't big enough either.. Then the so called free breakfast?? No bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. Just biscuit and gravy with waffles you have to make..I'll never book here again

The room was small and horrible and it was nonsmoking and it smelled so bad. Had holes in the walls

Not even worth the discounted price

Pros: Nothing
Cons: EVERYTHING! The discounted price does not make up for the lack of cleanliness and comfort one would expect from a Wyndham establishment.
Location: There's an awesome seafood restaurant right across the street!
My family and I only needed a place to lay our heads after attending a local concert. We assumed since the name Wyndham was associated with the Microtel, it would be up to snuff. Boy were we wrong! The room cost us $49.99 and I don't think I would have paid half that had I know what we were walking in to. The hotel had that dingy, mothball smell when you walked in and the room was even more stuffy. They had the ac unit cranked up to meat locker status, obviously to mask the mugginess of the room. The room itself was an ok size, barely large enough to fit the queen sized bed, and it had a small window cushion that our daughter rested on. When we woke the next morning, we immediately realized the extent of our poor decision to stay at the Microtel. Neither of us could move due to the concrete-like mattress we slept on. Then, we went to get breakfast in the lobby only to find the milk sitting out on the counter, not chilled, and soured. The icing on the cake was when my husband went to take a shower and he found the tub to be crawling with bugs. We immediately packed our personal items and left, completely disgusted that we even gave the Microtel a chance. Not to mention, that night when we returned from the concert, there was a gentleman at the front desk, calmly expressing his same concern for the sub-par "Wyndham" accomodations. He told the front desk clerk that Wyndham should be ashamed their name is associated with such an establishment. We couldn't agree more

The room we orginally had the heater would not work. So they have us a suite room at no extra charge. That is the kind of service that will make people come back.

Disappointing for a Wyndam

Cons: The upkeep of the rooms would be a drastic improvement. Cleanliness goes a long way
Location: This hotel was pretty centrally located for what we needed it for. There was adequate shopping and restaurants nearby.
We had a problem with the bathtub draining, there was not adequate space in the bathroom to have the coffee pot, but there were no outlets to plug it into near a counter or table to set it on, in the room itself. We reserved a room with 2 Queen beds, but got a room with 2 full beds. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The carpet in the room was terribly stained. There was a police presence three nights that we were there, because of things going on in the parking lot and things going on with guests. I will be avoiding Microtels and Wyndam hotels in the future. My Aunt & Uncle stayed in a room down the hall from our room, at the same time that we were there. There were large indentions in their beds, they had terribly stained carpets, and their heater/AC made a loud noise that prevented them from getting sleep.

The non-smoking room smelt like a dirty ashtray and the beds are so old you can see and feel the Springs coming through.

Booked room with added roll away bed. Arrived for stay, " we don't have roll away beds"
