Conveniently located, but NOT worth it

Cons: MANY things....customer service is the priority though.
Location: very close to downtown, right off of I-20.
This hotel is conveniently located, and that's about the only good thing we could say. The elevator shudders when it is moving, which is alarming. The room was clean, although the secondary lock at the top of the door was hanging on by one loose screw. We tried to enter through a side exterior door, but that card reader did not work and we had to walk all the way around to the front of the building to get in (it is the beginning of spring break and the hotel is full with very little parking available). The bathroom door in the room was very difficult to close, as it rubbing the floor. The heater made strange noises when we turned it on and, in the middle of the night while we were sleeping, the cover fell off and loudly hit the floor, scaring us half to death (we took a picture of it the next morning). The mattress was not very comfortable, and the pillows were awful. The breakfast was just ok, and the coffee was lukewarm at best. And, when we alerted the staff to all of our issues, no offers were made to try to get us to leave with a more favorable impression, so we left with a very BAD impression. We weren't asking the room be comped, but a discounted stay or a discounted FUTURE stay would have appeased us enough to give them another opportunity to make a better impression. Nothing was offered, and we will not stay there again, and I would warn everyone away. Seriously, the low rating for this hotel is accurate in our opinion.

The hotel was difficult to find.

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Better direction from expedia/
Location: Only passing through.
Expedia did not give the exit to take off the freeway. It was dark and in a strange city, The hotel once found was fine but finding it was a nightmare.

Nice hotel close to casinos but much quieter

Pros: Everything . Very nice staff.
Location: Casinos , downtown, eating locations and close to highway .
Very helpful staff very pleasant ,nice pool excess room , very quiet surrounding . Pet friendly I noticed. I will stay again, wonderful breakfast.

Nice Hotel

My best friend and I stayed for the Garth Brooks concert that weekend. Although there were a lot of people checking in, the service was quick and courteous. The location from the hotel to the Centurylink was very convenient. we enjoyed our stay and will return if another concert comes through Bossier City. Thanks!!
