Got in after 8pm hungry and tired. Went to steak house, but was told they couldn't seat me because of a mix up in scheduling and they only had a skeleton crew. Was offered to sit at bar outside restaurant. Enjoyed my steak while drunk patrons cursed seated next to me. Got to room to find it freezing. Thermostat was stuck on 66.5F. Nothing I could do would change it. Best of all, however, is that the room I was given was on 12th floor immediately across from elevator shaft mechanism. So every 30-45 seconds, from 9pm to 5am when I left, you hear the machinery working either lifting or lowering an elevator. So loud that a pillow over my head didn't work, but I was too exhausted to go shopping for ear plugs. Tried in vain to once again adjust themrostat around 2am, this time the a/c panel door fell off the wall into my shin lol. I expressed my displeasure to the person working front desk, only to be told he had never been to the 12th floor so didn know about any loud rooms. Never, ever, ever, EVER returning to this place.
