“外観と内側はホテルに見えない位シンプルだったが、まあ割と快適。インテリアとして各階に伝統的な家具か設置されており、見て歩くのが楽しかった。ホテルスタッフは対応ロシア語で、英語はほぼ話さないと思われた。 室内用サンダルやテレビのリモコンがビニール袋に入っており、衛生面に気をつけているように見えた。 利用しなかったが屋外にプールもある。 朝食会場には感じ良い年配の女性がいて、手作りのメニューを案内してくれた。 ”

“Комната небольшая, не то 8, не то 10 кв.м. Есть жидкое мыло и диспенсер с гелем для душа в ванной. Кровать жестковата, матрас тонкий. Холодильник есть, надо включать. ТВ с ВК видео. ”

“Un excellent hôtel, le meilleur lors de mon voyage au Kazakhstan : j'ai regretté n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit ! Ma chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable, avec un joli balcon. L'emplacement est top, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc central. Le personnel est très serviable et parle plusieurs langues. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif, varié, avec des options locales et saines et un personnel au service efficace et avenant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Bravo à toutes……

“Stayed in Orbita Boutique Hotel for 4 days and really enjoyed my stay! Upon entering the hotel it was very aesthetically pleasing, a very unique hotel I must say. The room I had was a mix of European/Japanese design which I've never seen and was delightful. But what I loved the most about my room is the overall cleanliness. “In general, it is a good new hotel, but... when i was checking-in i was told that there was no room booked on my name even though i paid it in advance. Later they told me that they do not work with Expedia (where i booked this hotel) and asked me to pay for my stay. Of course, i refused because i already paid and couldn't cancel it. It was late night. They let me to stay and promised to solve the problem next morning. However, when i was checking out they told me that i must pay for my stay……
