Nice Hotel next to shopping centre .

Pros: Quiet / Luxuery / Clean - next to shopping centre / food court / cinema / sky-train station.
Cons: Maintain & up-grade the services and the facilities too.
Location: As mentioned above !
Nice Hotel with plenty of good foods in that area and big shopping centre, in the town area convenice to go around in sky-train too.

Great suite room

Pros: Club lounge, big suite room.
Cons: Faster check in / check out.
Location: MBK, connector to MBK has a massage place (think it's on the 2nd floor), Ping's restaurant in hotel.
Great decision to upgrade to the suite room (really spacious). Access to club lounge - felt that we had 'personal' service. Hotel check in and check out took some time though. Good hotel location (MBK) and there's a Ping's restaurant in the hotel! Overall, great stay!

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel & good location

Room service staff is fast and quick to send your requests. All of their staff are super friendly. Very big and clean room.

Nice hotel and good location

The swimming pool water was not very clean. Visibility was poor under water.

Good hotel to stay

Pros: Food was good, we ate at the korean restaurant.Price was ok not too expensive. Housekeeping was done neatly. Reception was fast with our checkin.
my 1st trip to bangkok and chosen your hotel for my 3 night stay. It's amazing. hotel staffs are helpful and courteous and the security was great. Housekeeping was well done everyday. My family was satisfied because there were kids, old folks and young people.

Good location

Bath tub is very dirty, we tried to use it after a long exhausted day, first d tap is not functioning well, second d tub has not been nicely cleaned, than the drainage is not working also, we stay in room 2725 Feb 12-15

Good hotel

Pros: The pool, the staff.
Cons: to get the room we had paid for.
Location: Huge mall nearby
Not a good start, the room type we had booked was not available and they only had twin rooms available. We had to upgrade to a bigger room type - which was fantastic but disappointing that we had to do this. Other than that the hotel was great, friendly staff and great facilities.

Pathumwan Princess Hotel is top notch.

Pathumwan Princess Hotel is located in the heart of the Bangkok shopping district. The hotel itself is attached to the MBK shopping center with walkways to the Siam Discovery Building and from there you can walk over to the Bangkok Art and Cultural Center, the Siam Paragon Building and the BTS. The service was great, the environment and location was perfect. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the BTS which a day pass could get you anywhere the two lines go and even to the MRT system. Traveling in Bangkok was a no brainer. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. I would choose this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.

dont understand why is it so problamatic to give

Had a bad check-in experience, paid for Club Lounge Room but check-in was delayed by another 3 hours. Nonetheless, the overall stay was good.
