The location was 5 min. from our event. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room needed some updating but they looked like they were in the midst of working on that effort. The room could have used a simple vacuuming before we arrived.

Uma who was at the desk, running the breakfast and checking rooms on Sunday was wonderful. But the elevator was dirty on the metal walls and door. Our room 301 had stains on the wall behind the chair and the chair was dirty; had ti put towels on the arms. The heat light in the bathroom was broken, shower curtain was about to come off and the towel rack by the sink fell off. Not a good experience.

We always stay at the Baymont both going and returning from wintering south. Good place for a one night stay. Nice beds, easy to operate T.V. Clean and nice welcoming staff.

I wish that I had known that it is located right next to Railroad tracks. Trains went by regularly during the night and I did not sleep well. The person who checked me in was very unfriendly. There was nothing mentioned on the website about the fact that the hotel is right next to a railroad. Neither did the person at the front desk tell us when we checked in. We found out only when the train shook the rooms' windows and it sounded like the train was going to crash through the wall. This happened sseveral time through the night. If you book at this hotel ask for a room on the front side.

We traveled all day and got in pretty late. The first room they put us in had dirty towels and trash still in the trash can and had a smell. That was right as you walked in the door - we did not go in further to see what else was not cleaned. They tried to put us in a lesser room-asked about rate being changed if lesser. Said since it was through Expedia - couldn't change rate. I said that wasn't OK and he finally said he could put us in a "suite" and wouldn't charge the upgrade. Walked into the new room and vinyl floor inside the door was sticky. We checked the rest of the room and the bed was decent although the sheet had a hole in it. We were so tired from travels - we just decided to sleep & figure out what to do in the morning. When I got up - I decided to take a wash cloth to the floor and the cloth ended up almost black from my cleaning of the floor. I took the cloth down to the front desk after a conversation with Expedia. Was told they would have someone clean the room right away. We were leaving for our event so crossed our fingers the room was clean when we got back. That night - came back and keys did not work. We were given excuses on why- but had not put keys anywhere but in the cup holder of our car. When getting back in - the floor still seemed sticky and there was a piece of paper/string still in same place as it was before they "cleaned". HORRIBLE Hotel! Another event goer stayed there and said his floor was also sticky. So it was not just us. Disgusting!

No not ever again.
Its on the same level as Motel 6 or worse. Railroad tracks next to hotel and runs quite frequent. Our original room wasnt even ready and we had later check in (about 10pm). The only positive was the auto pancake maker in the morning (that's not saying much).

We checked in and had to leave immediately to make a social engagement and we arrived back to the hotel later that evening and went straight to bed. The next morning while getting ready to go out, it became obvious that the room was filthy. We had booked through hotels.com so we contacted them to voice our concerns. The representative contacted the hotel and was told the room met the required level of cleanliness. We sent photos to hotels. com to prove our dissatisfaction and were given $150 credit. We immediately secured alternate accommodation.

Ok for the Hotels.com price. I didn’t realize it was close to a train track ( running outside our room) when I booked. Ask for a room away from the tracks would be my advice if that bothers you. The convenience of Cracker Barrel was a plus.

Checked in at about 4pm, the afternoon clerk was not so friendly and but got us checked in without a problem. Room was very nice, could tell it was freshly painted but whoever did the work was sloppy as there was paint splatter everywhere. The 2nd floor ice machine was giving off so much heat that standing by the elevator was almost unbareable. Had a deluxe room checked out the jacuzzi tub, jets were clean and tub was clean no excess debris found. The nightshift clerk was amazing and super friendly, and gave great recomendations believe her name was Linda! Vending machines could use a restock but overall I would rate my experience a 6/10 with some room to make improvements! Thanks for the stay!

Front desk clerk was just not polite at all. Walked in the room and it smelled musty and Smokey. The sheets were stained and disgusting. The bathroom floor hadn’t even been swept. There were little bath salts all over the floor. The shower my son slipped and fell as soon as he stepped in it. It hadn’t been cleaned and was coated in like a slippery soap. The air didn’t work properly so the room was hot and humid. It was a terrible experience. And money wasted. I’ll never stay here again. The comfort inn by the mall is much better

Pool was closed due to roof work, tv in room didnt work throughout entire building. Breakfast was awful. No compensation for amenities not being available, and not posted on website. Found out about pool when checking in, and about tv when teying to use it in the room. Beds were uncomfortable, and bathroom was tiny.
