It was a very quiet hotel in a great area and we felt very safe. I will say, our room didn't look like it had been cleaned. The toliet had dust and hair on it and there was some trash in the trashcan. I would stay here again....but... we stayed the night before the eclipse and the $70 a night room changed to $200 for the night. $70- worth it, $200,- not even sorta worth it.

Toilet had pee and pubic hair on it. Bath floor had hair on it. Shower wouldn’t get hot. Main room floor had trash. Bed didn’t smell clean. Dusty counters. For $150 for a night it was an absolute joke. I’ve spent $75 at a Days Inn and never felt even remotely that grossed out. Talked to staff and they said they’d work on a refund, but I highly doubt they will. Because an unclean room is a sign of laziness.

Over all the hotel and the room was bigger and cleaner for the price than what I expected. The king room with hot tub bath was very nice. The tub was larger than just a tub with jets. The room was spacious and clean. I have oayed way more for way less. Even the mini fridge in the room was twice the size as all other places I’ve stayed. I will definitely be staying there again.

Multiple issues with this stay. Was not told a 100 dollar cash deposit would be required. Room had literal black mold around the top corners of the jetted tub. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never got the deposit back nor did I receive a receipt for said deposit. Spoke to the owner regarding my concerns and was hung up on despite being extremely professional. Terrible customer service and I will never stay at another Quality Inn, I will sleep in my car first.

It was just off I-75, which made it convenient as we were on our way north. For a budget hotel, I thought the room and breakfast were a good value. My husband and I were pleased.

My one-night stay was worth the price paid. I was on a budget. The place was clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. Location is quite convenient to the interstate. Furniture, building and finishes were worn out and poorly maintained (i.e., vinyl wall covering in the bathroom). Under similar circumstances, I would stay there again. The price was right.

Race fans beware! This was the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure to have ever stayed! We paid for a king room. When we arrived, we were told that they didn't have a king only a double. Our room, it was nasty! It was dirty, the TV didn’t work, the toilet wouldn't flush and the hotel smelled like a dirty, old ash tray! We requested a different room and was told that they only had a smoking room available. I refused to stay in a smoking room. The clerk called the manager and told her that we weren't happy and we wanted them to find us another place to stay, they "found" a non-smoking king room, however it was a jacuzzi room and cost more, but they would let us have the room for the price we paid. That room, was clean. However, when we tried to shower, there was no hot water! Then, as we were on our way to the races, the clerk had the gall to call and tell us that they wanted to refund our money and kick us out of our room!! I told her that she couldn't do that, we were not at the hotel and we were not going to be thrown out because of their inability to run a decent business. I have NEVER been so poorly treated at a business in my life! They will never get our business again, and I can't believe that "Quality Inn" would allow them to continue to use their franchise! Despicable and disgusting!

Booked the stay in February. When we arrived in August for our trip we were told they did have any reservations for me. I provided them all paperwork including confirmation number and was still told no reservation was shown and they could not help us.

our bathroom was was not clean the tub didnt look like it had been cleaned there was black mold around the tub and scum in the tub.. the sink had old toothpaste in it and what looked like spit on it. I went to use a towel to dry my hands and it had what looked like old toothpaste and dirt on it. ther were nail clippings on the floor by the bed and the bed didnt look like the had changed the sheets they were wrinkled and smelled of aftershave or perfume, we did complain and they did come and cleaned the tub but didnt vacum the floor or give us clean linens will never stay there again or give them a good review

Upon arrival I was informed that the room booked was a smoking room and I would never ask for a smoking room, they moved us to another room the tv was not working, their answer to that was to move us to another room, which either the toilet or sink was leaking, moved us to another room, that the air did not work and there was no handle to flush the toilet, then moved us back to the first room, as this was their last non-smoking room available!!! When I asked if we could be moved to another quality inn I was quickly told no, this one was privately owned. The soda/pop machine had semi-melted bottles to show what was sold and the pool was green w/ tadpoles

Nice stay!
The staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was comfortable, but I did find a med bottle under the couch, and a cheap ring behind the nightstand. I did not report these to the staff, they weren’t a big deal and I sure understand that things happen and God knows, I hope no one inspects my house with those standards! Lol! Overall a nice stay.

Everything about it was horrible. First A/C wasn't working, had to pay 100$ deposit. Pool wasn't clean the water was green. Cob webs in room, coffee pot was dirty. The smell of the whole hotel was a mixture of smoke and musty moldy smell. When we left my wife had bed bug bites on her back. I called to complain and they just told me they were going to do inspection of room, and the only way they would refund me is if they found bed bugs! They said they would call back in a day or two. I guess my next step in the matter is if they don't refund me I'm calling the health department. Do not go their.

Just an average room. Clean sheets, pillows, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom fan always came on with the light. That's annoying when you only want the light for late night potty visit. The room refrigerator was not cold. The room microwave oven had only one dial to operate the appliance and was very difficult to turn on for use.

- room smelled so smoky that our clothes smelled the next day after we left. - the sheets were stained and almost tattered. We went to Walmart to buy new ones to put over the existing sheets. - there was grime and hair and filth along the baseboards and stairs. - Stains on carpeting throughout the hotel. Messy lobby. Lobby felt dilapidated. The bathroom tub had too many brown stains on the bottom. Furniture was old and broken down.

Pretty disappointed in the hotel. It needs work. The overall condition is poor. The Ice Bucket tray in my room was dirty. They lock the lobby in the evening and you can't talk to the front desk with out going outside. My room was missing the TV remote.

facilities are worn out and a facelift is needed. the staff was friendly. the rate was relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area and the age of the hotel reflected that. if you are looking for a decent place to stay for a night, this will do, but don't expect top of the line facilities.

Had reservations for 2 non smoking rooms got there put us in an ash tray room made all our clothes stink n tried get another room the mgr told me what you want me to do about it. Well first I had 2 rooms booked month ahead time but gave my room away and wouldn’t let me cancel the stay n go to different hotel even though they screwed over my reservation and the other room didn’t have hot water for a shower so I would not recommend this hotel

We first tried tv and remote did not work. Than there was only two towels for us and then the jacuzzi did not work. Went down two times and no one at desk. Outside smoking. Room was dark and dingy. Not much for breakfast. We are use to having eggs and sausage at motels. Will not stay at Quality inn again. .
