Ok

Posted Sep 19, 2016
Pros: Quiet
The room was well worn and carpets heavily used. Wires in hallway hanging down under construction.

Decent but needs a little TLC

Posted Aug 22, 2016
Pros: Quiet location.
Cons: The AC in my room didn't work right. Couldn't figure out how to adjust the temp. The roof leaks above the pop machine on the second floor.
Location: Came to visit family and go to the fair, which is one of the best around.
No real problems, but the place needs some upgrading.

Was in Greenville on business. The hotel was located near the job site, so it was extremely convenient.

Hotel was close to my high school reunion.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: When we checked out, they wouldn't tell us what our bill was. We always write down every penny we spend in our budget book, so were unhappy about it
Location: We attended the Great Darke County Fair close to the southwest part of Greenville.
We were there such a short time, just overnight and spent very little time in our room. The adjoining restaurant was so good that we ate there twice in one day.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We do our best to provide friendly, helpful service. We're sorry for the complication during check out, but when doing online booking your bill is sent in a confirmation email through you chosen provider.

Everything on the Super Cheap

Posted Aug 10, 2015
The promised continental breakfast had one item; cellophane wrapped pastries. The shampoo in the room was a plastic packet impossible to open. The soap was the size of a chiclet. The free newspapers in the lobby were local Shopping guides. No one could provide me with a list of TV channels. Each staff member I encountered was extremely nice, but the owner is clearly trying to squeeze every last nickel out of a failing business.

Thank you for your comment, You need to know that the previous owners were the squeezers. The present owners are still trying to fix what the previous owners neglected. They have also made improvements all over the building. The improvements are ongoing.

Pros: Nothing. I should have booked a room at the Comfort Inn or the Holiday Inn Express which were across the street from each other.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Greenville, Ohio.
The initial room had not been cleaned from the last occupant, second room the key wouldn't work and they both were not smoking as I requested, third room didn't have the amenities offered with I originally booked the room, the fourth room was finally almost decent. After all the run around involving the rooms, it was somewhere between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. before I could attempt to find somewhere to eat dinner. The outside lights attached the building itself were burnt out. In general, I would not suggest even a cockroach to sleep there.

Clean and quiet.

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Clean, quiet room.
Cons: Exterior and surroundings could certainly stand some sprucing up.
Location: Downtown Greenville is very nice. Neat old buildings with interesting shops, restaurants. A nice nature preserve nearby.
I was a little nervous pulling up to this inn. Definitely not inviting or welcoming. But, the room was clean and the inn was quiet. We didn't have any problems.

beds were not very comfortable

Posted May 23, 2015
Pros: breakfast
Cons: see comments above
The light at the street entrance was lit up, but as we turned into the parking lot, the actual building light was not lit, it appeared dark and dreary. There were a few cars parked in the lot when we arrived with doors hanging open and people sitting "just hanging out". First impression was scary- rooms were clean, very outdated beds ok, flimsy mattresses, decent rest second night room doors secured well-felt safe inside room nice breakfast pet friendly hotel, many people had their dogs

The facility equipment was old, blanket had damaged spots, towels were very thin. The complementary breakfast needs someone to guide in the preparation and location. Fruit was only available on our first day. we initially had problem with the keys. The units seems to be lagging 20 years behind others. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We would come back because of your staff.
