Staff was kind and courteous. They kept up with the demands of a hotel full of guests (many in town for a wrestling tournament). They even started serving breakfast early that weekend to accommodate our schedule. Amazingly kind!

When we got there couldn't find anyone to check us in called all the number and one lady answered and she couldn't find anyone 45 to and hour later the lady showed up. Goy is a room then it has not heat got another one with no shower curtain and dirty pillows

The room was clean, quiet, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The shower curtain in my room was too short, water was on the bathroom floor every time I showered.

No bath towels
There were no bath towels and no pool towels in the hotel. Kids went to the pool, wanted a towel to dry off with and a separate one to shower with. No such luck here! Front desk person blamed the guests that have stayed more than one night and hadn’t given their used towels back.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Accommodating to let pets play on unused wing of floor. Breakfast was different over the 3 days. Dislike: $210 for 3 days with two small dogs. I let them out every 2 hours, no messes at all. There should be a cap or damage deposit for them as thats outrageous when they dont even make a mess. Also disliked the amount of dog crap all around the hotel—I cleaned up my own, but you constantly had to watch for “landmines”. Took a very long time to get a plough in to do the parking lot—and when they did, they left huge ridges in the drive areas of snow to bottom out your car. Semis, trucks and more were getting stuck at the entrance and throughout the lot as it was not cleared. The parking stalls werent even cleared!

The rooms were very clean but it was hard to tell who worked there. They were often standing around the lobby and not behind the desk, or they were no where to be found. Many of the breakfast items were also expired.

Great family stay!
My family and I stayed here over a weekend and had a wonderful time! Staff was very friendly, room was clean, hotel was quiet and pool area was very nice! Breakfast had great options as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Big disappointment
The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were unaware at the time of check in the pool and hot tub we’re not working. It did open up towards the end of our stay but it smells so bad of Corine and wet dog we do not use it. We need to ask for a partial refund to make up for this but did not get it. The room was also not properly cleaned as we found here in one of the beds. Bathroom was also quite dirty and was in Daly need of an updated. Lastly, their breakfast was poor as they ran out of hot one hour into a three hour breakfast and they had to go to your sister property to get cups for coffee as they had ran out until asked. I would recommend seeing at a different hotel in the town.

We were charged by Microtel after booking and paying Expedia. Called the hotel twice for an explanation but the staff could not help, said they did not have the system acess required or able to provide an explanation. My issue was referred to the Mgr and was promised a call back. I have not been called by anyone. The charge and refund by the hotel did appear on my acct however tge amounts dont match and certainly dont match what we were charged by Expedia. The pool and hot tub were under construction and the pillows reminded me of rolled up sleeping bags. There are no less thsn 4 other competing properties that are better rated. Trust the reviews.

Thanks for your feedback. As the owner, I spent an hour in the room trying the fix the tv. It was a bad direct tv box which we had to order. You had an adjacent room where the tv did work and you had 4 adults/kids in each room. We were sold out and had nowhere else to put you. The TV is fixed and the pools with be up soon. I hope you'll give us a try next time.

Pitiful motel
Pools were down for maintance. No mention of it until we checked in with our kiddos. The breakfast was absolutely awful as nothing is really offered. Coffee was burnt. Juices were warm on the counter. They ran out of pillows and there were maybe 15 cars of people at staying that night. I wouldnt recommend spending your money here.

This property is VERY nice for the price. It’s not super fancy but comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The only real downside was that the pillows were uncomfortable. Bring your own and enjoy the low price for the room!

Advertised amenities not available. Hot breakfast not available as advertised. Bed previously occupied and bedding not changed. Towels and washcloths were dingy grey not clean white. Definitely would not recommend this location. In fact I deserve a full refund.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. Booked a double Queen and received one Queen and a pull out couch with no sheets or pillows in the room. Was told there were no other rooms available. When asked for sheets & blankets the man at the front was incredibly rude and bothered. Breakfast was a joke. Made to order means you make yourself a waffle or pour some milk over cereal. No other hot options. I would have left and got another hotel but unfortunately everything was booked. Would not return.

Was very disappointed with the breakfast, no one was available, and there was nothing available! We also booked this hotel because there was a pool and when we checked in they said the pool was closed indefinitely, not happy about that!
