Excellent service and personal attention

Anantara Angkor is probably the nicest hotel that I've ever stayed at. The location is great, as are the amenities and room, but it's the services that *really* stands out. From the moment we arrived, till the moment we were dropped off at the hotel, the staff continued to delight us by taking care of anything we needed with a genuine smile on their face. Truly exceptional.

Great Service, good ambience, a good stay

A boutique property with large comfortable rooms. The best part was the personalised service. The operations manager and his team were continuously on the go to ensure each guest was well taken care off at all times. Good help with tour planning and organising was also a key factor in our wonderful experience otb Siem Reap.

lovely Anantara, small, boutique atmosphere

Pros: Small and friendly, ideal location.
Cons: recent turnover of staff, one waiter needed further training, but enthusiastic with it.
Location: Ideally located for the temple ad local sites, we took a trip to the fishing village nearby, very interesting and fun day out.
Welcoming and comfortable hotel. Food was excellent, although overpriced given the local market.

Hotel is not maintained at all. Staff are excellet

Very poorly maintained . Room layout is total mess . Only one Restaurent where food is over priced and terrible food . Very disappointed . But staffs service are excellent

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in !

from the moment we stepped in to the hotel to be greeted with lotus flowers , to the seamless checking in nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel . all of them without exception are a credit to the brand I cannot recommend this hotel high enough !

Perfect getaway for a long weekend

We visited during a very quiet time, mid-August for 4 nights. Not many guests during this period and fortunate almost no rain except the afternoon when we left. The hotel was generous enough to have a very late checkout. The restaurant food and service was very good, as was the front desk who really went out of their way to assist us with tours, spa service and trips into town.It was a perfect getaway for us two busy working executives. Although the wi-if was good we both managed to keep the laptop off and doing work.
