Pros: Ideal position
Cons: Air cond, room cleanliness, torn carpets, property maintenance
Location: Circus over the road is great
Hotel under renovation which is badly needed. Many maintenance and system problems. Staff were delightful but many juniors some little English. Too many Managers and Rules that don't meet customer needs

Basically the hotel is quite good at a cheap price. They have their own garden and if u want a massage they also have their spa. However there is no in-room wifi. You can only connect to the public wifi at the lobby

Pros: Rooms very spacious and well appointed
Cons: Mix up over airport pick up which was sorted out
Location: Tranquil, Close to everything

Excellent place en route to temples

Pros: Great staff, Great food.
Location: Great to rent a bike and cycle out to temples from here. It's relatively short and you see everything. A short tuktuk ride into the city for markets
This is a very friendly place - cold towels and drink at check in, cheerful and helpful staff. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with live Premiership football on TV. We ate in restaurant one evening with nightly Cambodian dance show. Superb local food on a set "tasting"menu, very reasonably priced. Local Angkor beer excellent - look no further. The breakfast buffet is geared towards Asia - quite extensive but the staples of bacon, sausages etc did not feature (although they do provide omelettes and excellent French bread). It is a great location to explore from, on the road out of town towards the temples and a short tuktuk ride to the night markets. Strongly recommend cycling from here to temples on a rented bike as you really get to see everything along the way. We did not get to use the very large swimming pool but it looked good. Highly recommended.

1st time to Cambodia

The hotel needs a bit of a renovation. The elevator doors are a bit old in terms of mechanics. Rooms are OK but it could do with an update to the TV. We arrived on the first night and we tried to call the hotel several times using the number provided in the booking and there was no answer. It was a little frustrating. Drinks could be a bit cheaper considering I pay less in Bangkok in a 5 star.

Smelly towels and yellow bed linen- disappointing!

Location: 10min walk to pub street so fairly central location
The hotel bedsheets had lots of yellow stains and tamp smell. The room towels were also yellow and some smelt like they had been used by guests before and not washed. The pool area was nice but the water was so murky that you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Food was ok but not that much choice and overpriced. In uk standards this is a 2 star hotel. We wouldn't stay again or recommend. We got a cheap rate of £32 a night but even that felt overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

excellent service, big swimming pool

The swimming pool is large and deep. The service at the swimming pool bar was excellent! The staff was very nice. There is a shiw at the hotel restaurant every night (cambodian dance). They offered us a big and very nice cake for my son's birthday! There is a fitness center also. Compared to another good and very nice hotel where I also stayed, I would recommend this one.
