Great Stay

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the nightlife district. You don't need to take a taxi anywhere as restaurants and pubs are right on your door step. It could be a bit noisy in the evening if you have a room on the main road. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I think the only two things that I can say bad about the hotel is that the service by the pool is a bit slow and you have to keep on running to reception to order a beer and if you stay on the top floor you'll struggle with your luggage as the stair is very narrow. Other than that the hotel is perfect and I'll definitely stay there again.

Lovely Siem Reip hotel!

Friendly, welcoming staff and a good sized room. Great location for bars and restaurants but still quiet!

Fantastic staff, good location, comfortable room.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Amazing staff, they go over and above to help make your stay a pleasant one. Very comfortable clean hotel. We had the deluxe room which was very spacious. Breakfast was served at the table - a choice of a few menus available. Pool was not very big but enough to cool off in after a long hot day. Location great, close to night markets, restaurants, pub street etc. However just a little noise could be heard at night from outside probably coming from Pub street, but not enough to bother us at all. The first night we arrived we noticed a few mosquitos around the courtyard area but they were taken care of the next day when we were notified that they would be spraying for an hour mid morning. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was in the perfect location, just across the river from all the action. It was in a quiet area yet walking distance to the city. Liked the bathroom design. The breakfast was great and the coffee was wonderful.

Staff, especially manager, made our trip!

Welcoming staff made our stay! The hotel is also perfectly located for the markets and Pub Street. Eat dinner at Haven, the staff will arrange a tuk tuk, ours even stayed and waited for us to come back out. Highly recommend. Hope to get back.

Great service and location

Hotel provided free pick up from airport and check in was smooth. The hotel is located near Pub Street which is so convenient and breakfast came with different set menus to choose from. We would stay here again.

Great Stay

We were supposed to stay at the Apsara Centrepole Hotel but once we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to their new hotel, the Apsara Residence Hotel. They provided us a welcome drink and dropped us off at the Residence Hotel, where we were again greeted with a welcome drink and upgraded to an Executive Room with a Private Pool. What a welcomed surprise! The room was very large with a separate shower and bathroom area, very comfortable king sized bed, and the WiFi was decent as well. Overall, the service at this hotel was unbelievably great. The hotel Manager was wonderful. The staff was able to help us arrange anything and everything we needed. They arranged a half day tuk-tuk driver for Angkor Wat for $12 and a whole day driver for $25 (preferred currency is USD in Cambodia), even providing a pre-packaged breakfast for our early trip to the temples. The driver stayed with us the entire trip, taking us from temple to temple. The hotel was in a great location as well, 5-10 minutes from the old market, great restaurants, and Pub Street for the night life. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, wonderful staff, good rooms

Pros: Location, good breakfast, GREAT staff who are helpful and friendly!
Cons: Attention to detail in the rooms. Everything should work upon arrival and not have to be fixed when mentioned.
Location: Near Pub Street with many bars, clubs, restaurants and markets nearby. Very good location.
This hotel is in a great area near downtown and Pub Street, so if is very convenient for dinner and night life but still quiet and safe. I reserved a Deluxe room and was given a room on the ground floor, that was noisy and every employee and delivery person walked by my terrace within a meter with just a small shrub for privacy. The room was well furnished but I could hear the phones ring in reception and the kitchen staff (who started at around 5am). One day there was no toilet paper in the room but they fixed it when I mentioned it. After two nights, I spoke to the manager about my concerns and he moved me to a better located, bigger and more private room on the second floor in the front. There were a few problems with this room initially, which were quickly addressed for the most part. The A/C was leaking on the floor, neither bedside lamp worked and the like. But they fixed the air conditioner, one lamp worked and the room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast that came with the room was good but they only served until 9am, so if you are a late sleeper, tough luck. In this regard, it is as if breakfast is for their comfort and not the guest. The staff in this hotel are outstanding and genuinely want your visit to be comfortable. Basically, there is a lack of attention to detail in the rooms that seems to be the problem. I would suggest the manager get off his commuter and visit the rooms occasionally to see the condition of the product that he is selling.
