This Hotel is not as it represented on your website. The general condition was very poor. Furniture, fixtures and fittings were broken and old. The electricity supply failed 4 times in the first hour of our stay. Staff were pleasant and polite, but random, we were not sure who was managing the establishment. We requested collection from the airport twice, but both requests were ignored. We sourced an alternative hotel on the first day of our visit. The duty staff confirmed that only 1 night would be charged for.

Picked us from airport as promised. Clean room and bed. Hotel in a quiet street but within walking distance of main attractions and restaurants in the City Center. Courteous staff, Excellent service!!

The place is good. We short of time we were not able to use the pool. Staff are good and easy to approach even with language barrier. Food is very limited. Buffet but the meals were short to those who came to dining late. No food left.

staying in the hotel at the time were a chinese group who were particularly noisey and come breakfast ate the breakfast out leaving the breakfast room a shambles. On the last morning the staff with utmost consideration provided us with breakfast by the pool. top marks for customer service

Disappointing......
It was listed as a 4 star on hotels.com and we booked 3 rooms. Later we found out on the hotel’s actual website it’s was a 3 star. There were no hand towels, soap, etc. The staff couldn’t understand and spoke very little English. One of the rooms had bed bugs and my cousin was bitten quite badly. The location was near the nightmarket, pub street....however wouldn’t recommend it

The hotel was under renovations and the food was lousy unless you were Chinese, staff was friendly and efficient, rooms were good although a bit dated however the beds were very comfortable

Pleasent stay
Me and my fiancé stayed here two nights and had a pleasant stay. They have everything you need such as massages, swimming pool, driver and more. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance away from the city center. If you don't prefer walking to the city center you can always get a tuk-tuk which is very cheap. All in all the hotel was nice, also the swimming pool when you first get in. There is a lot of bugs in Siem Reap so make sure to bring mosquito spray with you.

Cheap accommodation in run down property.
The hotel is fine if you're simply looking for a cheap place to stay to see the temples, but it's run down and certainly in need of attention - the name 'Grand' was perhaps appropriate when it was built by the French a hundred years ago, but it definitely doesn't apply now. Terrible cold buffet breakfast with quite possibly the worst coffee I have ever had.

Friendly hotel in a great location
I really enjoyed staying here. My room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good, room service meals were delicious and excellent value, the hotel is very handy to the city centre but my room (facing the tree-lined street) was quiet and restful. The staff were charming and the Angkor guide they organised was superb. I enjoyed the pool and the late evening massage at the spa. Internet was unreliable but I expected that. I would definitely return.

We stayed two nights here while visiting the Angkor temples. The staff were helpful and friendly. Some had better English than others but we got by fine. The room was comfortable although the decor was a little dated. The hotel has a lot of Chinese tourists staying so the breakfast and bbq menus are catered to them but again this was OK as there was still plenty of choice. We ate dinner out at places within walking distance or a short tuktuk ride away.

Good location at center of town. Stayed five nights -- bedding never changed during this time. Nice large comfortable room with soft beds, friendly helpful staff. Worst breakfast I have ever experienced served as multiple choice, Asian and American. Bacon only available on one morning. Eggs not available on one occasion. Coffee terible. Pot of tea with no tea bag, Main customer Chinese. Disappointing.

Nice but noisy
This hotel looks wonderful from the outside and is large and spacious inside. It feels lovely and cool inside as well, with the tiled floors and ceiling fans in the public areas. The rooms are a bit more rustic (old but serviceable bathroom ) but clean and the beds are comfortable. My main complaint is that the place was very noisy each morning. The first morning I heard a trolley being wheeled up and down the (tiled) corridor from about 7 am, on and off for more than an hour. One of the cleaners also banged on the door at 8.30 asking if I wanted the room cleaned. I told the manager and he said he would talk to housekeeping. The next morning I didn't hear the trolley but there was someone sanding a wall next to our room from about 7 am. This lasted til we went for breakfast at 9 ish, when they started painting. I mentioned this again to the manager. I couldn't believe it when the next morning there was nobody sanding, but I heard the trolley again, going up and down the corridor and same again on our last morning, from 7 am. I happened to see the trolley on the last day and I realised it was used for the laundry. I wondered why they couldn't collect the laundry a bit later in the morning? I think it is really inconsiderate of a hotel to not be at least aware of their guests and perhaps mindful that people don't want to be continually woken up early in the morning. On the plus side, we had a few room service meals and they were very nice and reasonably priced.

Excellent location
Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. The reception staff were so helpful and forward booked us to restaurants, tours etc. The pool bar was a very relaxing place to kick back after a day out there, again the staff were amazing. The food was great especially the fantastic breakfast smorgasbord they put on. Yes, I would highly recommend this hotel, so close to everything. No complaints at all!

I was very happy with my recent stay at Casa Angkor. Beautiful pool, clean rooms and great breakfast. I would definitely stay again. Only negative sides were some difficulty communicating with the front desk with English and while trying to sleep before a flight during the day loud construction outside my room making that difficult.

OK hotel near to F&B hub
The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the hub of F&B, as well as entertainment. Getting there on tuk-tuk is US$1-2, walking will take you 10mins, while the hotel provides bicycle rental with first 2 hours FOC. The hotel is kinda old but clean, the pool is kinda small but nice & cosy. Breakfast is nothing to shout about, however the noodles in clear soup made on the spot at the noodle station is not to be missed. Overall it's a nice OK, small enough to be cosy & for the staff to remember you & greet you everytime you walk pass the reception area. And they speak pass-able English too. The downside is that on the last day of our stay, when we checked out at 7am, the breakfast was not ready at all, nothing was on the buffet spread .. they kinda made it up by settling us with the staple items like coffee & toast, while they quickly set up the buffet table.
