We were in rhe Villa. Terrible lighting. Windows had to be shut for privacy. Tiny bathroom. Fortunately we were out the whole day and only returned to sleep. Not worth the rate they charge. Very disappointing

Great stay
Although some of the staff did not speak very fluent English, quality of service was vastly improved with the assistance of the manager. We requested a different room, and it made all the difference.

Great for a large group
We were 8 people traveling together, and we got 2 adjoining rooms. They were huge and beautiful. There are 2 pools that the kids loved. Very helpful staff

My son and I had a wonderful stay. Boren arranged our itinerary for 3 days. This included a guide and driver. Everything proceeded seamlessly. The staff at the Villa were very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel with great staff
Hotel staff was so helpful with organizing our outings and answering questions. The food in the hotel restaurant was really fantastic. Everything was spotlessly clean too!

The most beautiful oasis with amazing staff
What a wonderful place this was. Beautifully decorated in every corner and room, plus magnificent vegetation, not to mention an amazing chef and phenomenal service at every level-- cannot recommend it enough. We had a large delux suite and the bed was the most comfortable in many a year..... The place is a 5 minute tuktuk ride to town, and there are always a few tuktuk right outside. Its so much better to stay near the river in this quiet area than to be in the middle of the craziness in town.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff
Lovely hotel which almost feels like a home away from home. The room is nicely decorated which adds to the homely feel. The pool is small but nice and refreshing, it's the perfect place to chill out after a day of temple viewing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My boyfriend had lost his iPhone somewhere between the airport and the hotel and they did everything they could to try and track it down. Our flight to Bangkok didn't leave until late in the evening, so they allowed us to stay in the room all day for an extra $30. The downside is that the staff will try and sell their tours and talk you out of renting bikes. This got a little bit annoying after a while, but in the end we were grateful we hired a tuk tuk driver for the day as it really was too hot to cycle around and Angkor is quite a distance from the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect Getaway
From the moment we stepped into the villa till our last farewell, the staff took wonderful care of us, ensuring our every need was met. The resident tuk-tuk driver Lek, was super accommodating, and recommended an itinerary to visit the temples that avoided the crowds, thus giving us more time to explore the complexes at our leisure. We will return!

Pleasant surprise
A great bargain and feel like a 5 stars hotel. I pay less then USD80 for 2 nights. And best of all, they upgrade me to a better facility due to the other facility was down. Rey clean and very friendly too

Amazing place with great staff
Small hotel but big on comfort,style and friendly staff. This place is certainly worth staying in. It is in a quiet area and close to everything or a short tuk tuk drive away. The restaurant serves excellent food. Our tuk tuk driver Sokhey was kind and the best yet. If you need eye glasses, ask Sokhey as he found us the best place at a fraction of the cost in Australia. Had 3nights here but would loved to have stayed longer. Get hotel tuk tuk to collect you from the airport

A charming small hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here, lots of character, lovely pool area, friendly, helpful staff, food excellent and very good value for money. Only down side was the rooms are a little dark and around a 15 minute walk into town or $2 tuk tuk ride but closer to the temples than most other hotels and easy walk to the Museum and circus.

Un havre de bonheur !
Nous avons séjourné 10 nuits dans cet hôtel UNIQUE ! Une déco soignée et de bon goût ! Tout est Superbe ! Des chambres spacieuses et très agréables avec leur salon intérieur ou extérieur. Une cuisine locale déli-cieuse ! (Merci Chef), des cocktails de qualité (Bravo Mr le Barman !) et le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours à notre écoute du matin au soir et même la nuit  (Un énorme merci à Tous !) La piscine est adaptée à ce petit joyau, toujours impeccable et très agréable au retour des visites. Et ne manquez pas les massages Khmer…le Spa : un moment de bien-être. Nous nous sommes régalés !! À chaque instant  Ne restez pas seulement 3 ou 4 jours à Siem Reap, il y a tant à voir et à faire…nous regrettons de n’avoir pris que 10 nuits….nous serions bien restés encore quelques jours de plus. Hanumanalaya Villa : Encore Merci à Tous ! Et Continuez ainsi !! « A home better than a hotel » Oh ! Yes ! Absolutely fabulous

이용 당시 우리말고 1팀 더 있었어서 사람이 없어서 좋긴했는데 방음시설이 미약해 사람이 많을 시 불편할거 같아요. 직원 친절도나 서비스는 나쁘지 않으나 시설은 가격에 맞는 정도 인거 같습니다.
