Room Service Supervisor should make sure that all Rooms are ready to welcome guests with complete set of towels, toiletries, no dead roach on the bed, etc. Towels which are worn out, should be replaced with new ones.
Whenever guest had a DO NOT DISTURB light ON, Housekeeping staffs should never enter a guest room, even on the check out morning (before Noon) to remove bath towels, unless it is an emergency.
