Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, a great stay!

Posted Jun 15, 2017
Pros: Quiet location, very clean, three swimming pools in very tranquil setting. The layout of the rooms, giving you a small front garden and terrace.
Cons: Breakfast; The buffet was uncovered, attracting flies. Pastries from local French boulangeries instead of the small frozen ones would be better.
Location: Visit the circus, have photos with the acrobats. Try the Pho at https://g.co/kgs/e0avGg opposite the Sugar Palm and Pad Thai at Jolies guesthouse.
The manager and staff went out of their way to make the stay not just good but memorable. As we stayed for over 8 days we were given a free tuk tuk to use for 12 hours a day. This was especially welcome as the Hotel is a little way outside of the main town of Siem Reap. We made full use of the tuk tuk to visit the temples, the city and local restaurants etc. On our last day we were not flying out until late evening. The hotel allowed use of the room up until 4pm, although the official check out time was 12 noon. Siem Reap is a fasinating place to visit. With vibrant markets ( not just for tourists but used by locals) great restaurants, and of course the temples. it was nice in the evenings to return to the tranqual setting of the Navutu Dreams away from the heat and busle of the city. This hotel was recommended to us by my son who lives and works in Siem Reap. It was a great choice and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. There was a real sense of family amongst the staff. On our last day the hotel had arrange an away day for all staff and their extended families. I really helped to give the hotel a friendly but professional feel.

Not as good as what the other reviews say

Posted Mar 27, 2017
Pros: The staffs were very nice and helpful.
I'm not sure how new/old this resort is, but the room was pretty worn out. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The pillows weren't firm enough. The air conditioner looked like it'd been purchased in the 1990s. Overall, I think the resort needs a major renovation. A lot of things could be improved. 1. Bathroom amenities. Invest more in them. It's obvious they were bulk store bought (very cheaply) and then poured into different containers. 2. Internet. Provide LAN line connection in rooms as well. WIFI was super slow, so best to upgrade bandwidth. 1Mbps speed is unacceptable. 3. New air-con maybe? It looked really old in my room and was quite loud. 4. Breakfast. There were never any plates to use. Even if the resort isn't running on full-house, you should expect 2-3 plates per person. Food selections were also a disappointment. Staff should also clear out the tables after people leave. Every morning I saw tables with used plates on them just sitting there and staff just standing around. When I booked my room through Expedia, it said "free airport transfer" and I took this to mean 2-way airport transfer. Other hotels would indicate "one way airport transfer" or "airport pickup" to let people know it's not both ways. When I checked out, I was charged $8 for airport transfer because apparently my booking only entitled me to airport pickup. This left me with a really bitter taste in my mouth as I left the resort. I probably will not return.

Great hotel and beautiful landscaping. Only concern is the road leading to the hotel in very bad condition. Hotel itself seems like an Oasis.

Relaxing Holiday

The resort was amazing. The surrounding neighborhood was not good, but once you stepped into the resort it was a different world. Would highly recommend the resort. The Siem Reap downtown was close and very enjoyable.

Awesome hotel in Siem Reap

Posted Aug 21, 2016
My family and I needed a place to stay while exploring the temples in Siem Reap, and this was the perfect spot. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great. It had everything we needed, and provided the comforts of home, too.

Beautiful Villas, Pools and grounds.Clean large rooms. Friendly service from Management to all staff. Every one nice and so helpful. Great breakfast and Free Tuk Tuk for 12 hours a day was awesome. A great way to get around. Our driver Chouy is such a nice, down to earth person. So helpful and safe driver. He took great care of us and always on time to pick us up. Only small issue would be- Have some better Happy hour drinks and specials. Over all, a great experience. Will be back soon.

slice of heaven

A fantastic hotel with good clean rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff who know every-one's name and use it! Quiet area away from hustle and bustle and free tuk tuk provided for each customer all day every day from 8:00am -8:00pm. Good food if you eat in, particularly local foods but all very well catered for. Nice manicured gardens and great chill out space ...

Pretty hotel with lovely rooms

Posted Mar 31, 2016
Pros: Cleanliness, calmness, design
Cons: better coffee making facilities in room
Location: home of the temples - what more can you say! Silk farm is good visit and the back streets of pub street are great to wander
We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed our time very much. It was an oasis to return to after trips out in the heat and to be met by reception staff with cool flannels was a lovely welcome, simple touch but very appreciated. The rooms were lovely and there are a choice of pools to choose from to chill out in. Staff were great and the tuk tuk service offered is exceptional. We had Mr Nob, who was a gentleman and superb and recommended how long I would need at each stop to visit various places and he was spot on! A fantastic resort and I highly recommend.
