The Royal Crown was close to everything you need/want and the staff was amazing! From the sunsets on the rooftop for happy hour to the breakfast, everything was excellent. The room and beds were very comfortable with good AC. The two pools were awesome and plenty of seating at both. Overall a great stay!

Good location
It was my first night in Siem reap and the location is very good. Unfortunately the tuk tuk driver I got to take me to new hotel the next day was very dishonest but I will report him to hotel.

Beautiful Accommodations in a Great Location!
This hotel was a highlight of our trip to Cambodia. From the moment we were greeted at the entrance and throughout our stay, the service was professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Our "Deluxe" room was spacious and impeccably finished. The on-site Spa was superb! The hotel is in a great location, within a short walk to the Night Market, Pub Street, Royal Independence Garden, and more, and Tuk Tuks are plentiful if desired. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a block or two as well, if you're feeling weary after a day of sightseeing.

This was one of my favorite hotel stays of my life....it's clean and cozy and everything works staff is attentive great location....this place checks off all the boxes....I'm sad to be leaving and if I come back to Siem Reap I'd definitely stay here again....this place is absolutely perfect.....

Our 4-night stay at the Royal Crown Hotel & Spa was pleasant. Starting with the location, it offers a very short walk to the Market Area and the popular Pub Street. The staff we encountered throughout the building were friendly, warm, and always willing to please. We booked the Royal Crown Suite with Complimentary 60 Minute Massage (for two) package. The room was quite spacious, and although the furniture is a bit dated, it was all comfortable. I would have liked to have had a shower head instead of a wall-mounted wand, but that really wasn't a big deal. The breakfast buffet delivered an adequate choice of items to start your day, and the quality was good. The massages we received on the morning of our last day were nicely done. We never used the pool, so I've no comment on that other than to say it looked wet, lol. And, lastly, the rooftop bar is worth a visit during happy hour. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay and would encourage others to consider staying here.

It is not far from the Old Market, Angkor Night Market and Pub Street. Great location. The room was generally clean but there was a dead insect (looked like a cockroach) on the toilet floor and it has been there for quite some time because it has been flattened and stuck onto the floor and no one has removed it. The hair dryer was not working and fortunately the technician came over to fix it. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. All in all, it was a pleasant stay especially from all the hotel staff that I met who were very friendly and were always putting on the smile to customers to make them feel welcomed.

Terrible stay even if it was only £28 a night
I felt like i was sraying in a hostel with its own bathroom. Dreadful from start to finish. We had to move rooms on the second night as someone was smoking on the floor, so instead of working out who it was and stopping them, we had to move. The place was full of Australian teenagers that were out of control at times especially around the tiny pool. I dont care too much on food and breakfast as a rule but dont pay extra for this. Not worth it,terrible food. The hotel is so close to pub street so we picked it for that reason and it was a hotel pick-up for our bus to phnom pehn resulting in its so noisy with bad windows and just a loud and generally noisy place. Better around to choose from.

Reasonable option in Siem Reap
Check-in on arrival was smooth and quick, with a welcome drink given. We stayed in a balcony room which was a little noisy the first night as it fronted onto the street and the BBQ restaurant across the road had booming music going until 10pm or so. The 2nd night was quieter though as they didn't seem to be very busy at the restaurant across the road. The room was comfortable and aircon worked well, although the rainfall shower on 'full temperature' was barely lukewarm. The shower over the bath seemed to have a better temperature, but the downfall of that was that the water sprayed all over the place whereas the rainfall shower was a little more contained. Breakfast was really good. We had a packed breakfast planned for the first morning (4am departure which we confirmed on check-in) but unfortunately it was never done, as when we approached reception prior to being picked up by our driver to go out to Angkor Wat, we were told the kitchen staff don't start until 4.30. All in all a reasonable stay although next time we would likely consider a different property.

The staff at the hotel were more than accommodating with any special requirements and needs that I had during my stay and need to be recognized for all they did. Although the hotel rooms were nice and clean there were some general maintenance requirements that needed to be attended too such as caulking around the tub was is disrepair other than that it was clean and comfortable. Again to the staff. Thank you for everything.

Would recommend definitely. The area is modern with a traditional twist. My room was excellent and any service you can think of for a hotel is available. The hard wood floors throughout did it for me. Ask for the driver Douem if you want to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding area. Very honorable man.

Nice place to stay, easy walking distance to the Pub St and market area. Only issue is they have signs asking you to hang your towel to be re-used, but then give a fresh one anyway, I would stay here again

This is a great option for a short stay in Siem Reap. The area is safe, with plenty of dining options in the neighborhood. The market & pub street are minutes away, just a short walk across the street. I booked the tour to the temples and airport transfers through the hotel directly. They were very reliable and the prices were competitive. The breakfast buffet had several options, including vegetarian alternatives. The staff were great, they made my stay in town very easy, facilitating tours and currency exchange. I definitely recommend this hotel, and would certainly stay there again. Thank you!

Spacious room with a good breakfast spread. Staff are really friendly and welcoming and location is walking distance to restaurants, pub street, and local market. Only complaint is that I wish there was a barrier between the shower and the toilet but other than that we had a good stay.

5 minute walk to the markets and pub street, but far enough away that you don’t hear noise or traffic, this hotel is just perfect. A rooftop bar, beautiful pool and spacious rooms make it an ideal place to stay
