Bien situé et personnel aux petits soins

Cons: Équipement des chambres
Location: C'est le quartier animé de Siem Reap, bien que l'hôtel soit un havre de paix. A la tombée de la nuit, les rues s'animent, en particulier Pub Street!
Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet hôtel pour visiter Angkor. C'est une ancienne ghest house que le propriétaire transforme progressivement en hôtel de bon niveau. L'équipement ne suit donc pas toujours (clim un peu vétuste, salle de bain à rafraichir), mais l'ensemble reste très agréable et confortable, surtout pour ce prix! Un personnel d'un gentillesse extrême, une jolie petite piscine et une nourriture de bon niveau fait de cet hôtel, idéalement situé pour les soirées animées de Siem Reap un endroit que nous recommandons vivement.

The staff was amazing and it was a great location

I stayed for 3 nights and the hotel did everything they could to make the stay wonderful. I would stay there if I return to Sirm Reap.

Worth the money

Definitely worth the money! Service was good, the staff was very helpful and our room was cleaned properly everyday (though sheets weren't changed at all during the 5 nights we spent there). The only downside was the wifi that didnt always work in our room.

Nice friendly oasis

Pros: The pool. Good breakfasts. Nice staff. Good location. Free airport pickup.
Cons: Lounging chairs beside dining area bit uncomfortable & folds in cushions bit of a mosquito trap.
Location: Well located. Lots of eating choices nearby. Artisans d'Ankor round the corner. Five minutes walk to night market, ten to pub street and old market.
Great escape in the hot season. Friendly and helpful staff, with day manager keen to chat about area and khmer culture and history. Well located to walk to night market, old market etc.

Pros: 部屋が広かったこと
Cons: ホテルの案内のようなものがあればよかった
Location: 場所は街からやや遠かった気がします(歩いてはいけない)
系列のTanei resort & spaに変わっていましたが、変更になったことについて説明がなかったため、頼んでおいたツアー会社のお迎えが違う場所に行ってしまい迷惑をかけてしまいました。街に出るのも便利という口コミで選んだホテルでしたが、街から離れてしまい食事もホテルですべてすませました。食事は手頃なお値段で美味しかったです。プールサイドでものんびりすることができました。部屋もゆったりしており快適でした。また泊まりたいと思いました。

Family vacation

We had two rooms…one was great, one was not so great. But as we were not spending a lot of time in the rooms, it worked out OK. However, as we were longer staying guests (6 nights) we would have appreciated not being given an "inferior" room in the hotel.

One is Normal room and another one is suit room and we had provided due to your booking through Expedia Company.
