Pros: Alles
Cons: Qualität des Fernsehempfangs, vielleicht mehr deutsch- und englischsprachige Sender
Location: Im Zentrum. Alles
Nettes Gebäude, beste Lage in Zentrumsnähe, gute Zimmerausstattung, Frühstücksbuffet (für italienische Verhältnisse) recht gut, sehr freundliches Personal. Zusammengefasst: SEHR zu empfehlen

Ótima localização!

Posted Nov 14, 2016
Pros: Localização.
Cons: Atendimento no Check in.
Location: Próximo aos pontos turísticos.
Ponto forte do hotel é a localização!

Clean, comfortable and great staff!

Posted Nov 8, 2016
Location: One could easily walk to the tomb of St. Catherine, the cathedral, and the Piazza del Campo.
The hotel has a great location and one can easily walk to the main attractions in the city. Even though check-in time was in the afternoon, staff allowed us to leave our luggage and it was in our room when we returned from our daily activities. The complementary breakfast in the morning was very nice with a large selection. The staff was professional and attentive.

Great location, great breakfast

Posted Oct 28, 2016
Location: Close to buses, San Gimignano is a must see, it's just beautiful, better than Siena I think.
Top location for walking to buses and walking around the old town. The breakfast is buffet in an elegant dining room offering a lovely selection, you cannot fault the breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean also. The two men on reception are a little cold and aloof, I felt like telling them to write down 100 times "I love my job", perhaps they have been dealing with the public too long. Nice Hotel to stay and very elegant.

Favorable, pero con algún defecto.

Location: Buena ubicación. Fácil acceso al centro de Siena.
Edificio antiguo, con carácter. Bonito. Muy bien situado para visitar Siena. Ofrecen servicio de parking, pero tienen muy pocas plazas, con lo que en la práctica no se puede contar con este servicio. Es difícil aparcar en la zona.

Central, pretty, great compared to Italian hotels

Posted Sep 27, 2016
Bear in mind that Italian hotels in general will lack the comfort and even service that American style hotels offer. Good: - Very central and a short walk to anywhere - Very clean and well maintained - Superb staff - friendly in general but Barbara in particular was very friendly and helped fill out the payment slip for the parking ticket. This doesn't seem like much, but I've been in 4 other Italian hotels and even though the staff speak English, they are very difficult to communicate with, partly due to language partly due to Italian attitude and Barbara was a breath of fresh air compared to others. - There is parking but only about 5 or 6 cars fit so you might want to book your place in advance. Bad: - Breakfast is lacking any hot items. It's just an ok breakfast to get you started, but could be improved a lot with slight additions - No elevator - although they will help you carry your bags upstairs - The key is the old fashioned style which you can leave at the reception but the safe also has a key so you kind of have to carry it with you - The rooms are small but you really don't need a big room. What I disliked was that tiles were on the floor, and no carpet, which makes the room seem colder. But the room was satisfactory and this may be a plus on a hot summer day. The view was just ok. The TV is small and only has Italian channels, having a channel in English would be great. Overall, an excellent hotel for Italian standards and for the price I would recommend it

Very nice hotel.

Pros: Clean, well appointed. Restaurant in hotel if needed
Location: See above
Close walk to bus station. Need taxi or bus to train station. Good walk to old town sights of Il Campo etc. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast. There are a lot of stairs so clients with disability may have a problem.

Definite recommend to stay at

Posted Sep 18, 2016
Pros: Location. Breakfast. Views from the room.
Cons: Parking in Italy is always a challenge. That said, the self parking is close
Location: Location is the best.
Excellent place to stay at. Accommodation didn't have a fridge or tra/coffee but was spacious enough and clean and tidy. Nice and close to everything good in Siena. Staff were accomodating. Biggest tips are - parking is close enough and you can park opposite the front door while you check in then go to the self parking (15 euro a night) around the corner. Breakfast was a 10/10. Would definitely stay there again.

close to centre

Posted Sep 18, 2016
Pros: location was good
Cons: Staff could be more helpful.
Location: a few minutes away from the centre.
The hotel is ok but thats about it. The bathroom was as small as the wardrobe, the hotel was noisy, cleaners banging on our door before 8 AM. Staff in general was not very helpful, the patron was only interested in selling us an evening meal. Location is great, everything is walking distance.

Pretty, comfortable, attentive staff.

Very clean, modern fixtures, newly renovated throughout. Very good breakfast in lovely rooms, self serve. NOT for people with difficulty climbing stairs, as no elevator and rooms have high ceilings, so if you are on the second floor, you better be in good shape, esp with suitcases. Bathroom is small, also problematic for less abled clientele.
