I LOVED my stay at Palazzo Ravizza. This hotel is beautiful, and the garden out back has a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside. The Palazzo is a very old house, with the quirks that go along with its age. However, its these quirks that make it charming. Cecilia was a help to me at reception, and I enjoyed chatting with her and learning about Siena. She recommended two very good restaurants to me and I enjoyed dinner at both of them. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when back in Siean.

I loved it here! Perfect escape from the main happenings but close enough to get to dining and activities. Gorgeous view! I sat in the garden everyday and watched the sunset. I wil never forget this hotel.

We checked in today and we love it. Christina at the reception was friendly and helpful. The property is so unique and rooms are like stepping back in time (in a good way with modern amenities). Great Tuscan experience.

Very pleasant property with the exception of a rather unkept garden. The receptionist at check in was extremely hostile and angry as soon as we walked in the door, her demeanor reflected poorly on a very nice hotel. Parking was extremely difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was very pleasant but unfortunate that restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner.

Perfect ..the one and only in Siena!!
A totally perfect historic palazzo hotel in a quiet part of Siena ..but just few minutes walk from everything. And it has private parking ..unique in the center of Siena. Nowhere else can even compare to the charm, comfort, lovely staff and historic atmosphere of this beautiful hotel

It was a good hotel in a convenient location, but the parking was an issue. We followed all of their directions, but they failed to properly notify the police when we left the ZTL after checkout and now we are dealing with a very expensive Italian ticket - all because the hotel made an error

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The view from our room, garden side was breathtaking. Beautiful sunset the evening we arrived. Getting to the hotel and parking was a bit challenging but the instructions we were given were very good. As instructed we did not use our gps and everything was fine. Gps does not take into account one way starts and ZTL zones We really enjoyed the hotel and Siena is absolutely stunning. Will definitely spend more time there next visit.

What a beautiful and charming property in an historic palazzo. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with views of the Tuscan landscape. Staff was friendly and helpful, location very convenient - minutes to restaurants, Duomo and museums, and shopping. Highly recommended. And Siena is just spectacular.

The property was beautiful with inside and outside spaces to enjoy. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff gracious and helpful. Short walk to shopping, dining and all of Seina! We would definitely stay again!

The service at this hotel was beyond any expectation I could imagine. Each evening, they made dinner reservations for us at AMAZING restaurants which made us feel like we were getting a true local experience. On the final day, as we were leaving to catch our train, no taxis were available (even though the lovely woman at the front desk called constantly), she even gave up her OWN CAR and asked another employee to drive us to the station himself to make sure we made it in time for the train. ABOVE and BEYOND. And that's in addition to the unbelievable views from our room and the courtyard. I can't wait to go back, they absolutely made Siena one of my favorite vacation/relaxation spots ever.

Wonderful night in Siena
Helpful front desk at checking into hotel and especially with parking in ZTL and upon leaving. Clean room and had everything needed. Beautiful view from bedroom windows out to South.

Our stay was short but wonderful! Check in was a breeze. Parking was also much easier than anticipated and directions were provided by the hotel and very clear. The room was fantastic and very clean, the bed has been my favourite in Europe so far!
