The apartment, located in Strada di Marciano, 30, is located on the ground floor with independent access. There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Both bedrooms overlook the surrounding hills. Outside there is a large private space for parking cars and a box for storing bicycles. There is a beautiful Italian garden, where our guests can enjoy tranquility and relaxation, relaxing on the benches at any time of the day, observing the panorama of the hills. Guests have access to the panoramic swimming pool, 14 m long, 6 m wide, 1.5 to 3 m deep, with Roman steps, hydromassage and salt water without chemical treatments.
