No GhostsPosted Nov 27, 2015
Pros: The character
Cons: Restaurant open
Location: Mine tour. Mining Museum. Shops and galleries
We did not see any ghosts, I am please to say, though the hotel is reported to be haunted. This is a very old hotel, with bags of character. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. The rooms are old fashioned, but have fairly modern amenities. It is unusual. we were disappointed the restaurant was not open when we were there. An unusual hotel, well worth a visit.

Wild WestPosted Oct 24, 2015
Pros: Charming due to the age.
Cons: Read above
Location: Town closes at 7:30 PM
Furniture came from a garage sale. Carpets as old as I. Elevator worked fine. Heard moan and yelp at 2:AM. think the neighbor hit her head on low ceilings.. Bath needs to leave the roaring 20's. Café was closed.

Pros: Hotel surprised us as far as it being nice, old, and clean located in such a rundown town.
Cons: Town needs help econmically and restoration
Can't say much for the town of Bisbee; seems to have had better day; really getting run down!!!

Great hotel for historic BisbeePosted Oct 17, 2015
Pros: Its historic nature
Cons: Sort out hot water for the shower, provide better breakfast.
Location: The local Copper Queen Mine has tours and the town of Bisbee has lots of art and jewellery to see & buy
The parking is very difficult close to the hotel and kerbs are very high, beware if you have a low, rental car. The room booked said Small Room and indeed it was, so we upgraded to a larger room for a small extra charge. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. The hotel and facilities are dated but that is part of the charm of the old hotel. In the room there was no fridge or drinks facility, but there was free coffee on the second floor landing. A sliding door led to the bathroom which contained a shower but only cold to warm water was forthcoming from the shower. Dinner in the hotel restaurant/bar was available from a very limited menu. Breakfast was available on the second floor landing but was only coffee and muffins. The historic hotel ambience overall was good.

Pretty hotel but basicPosted Oct 6, 2015
Cons: Could do with some upgrading
Location: Beautiful location and can recommend visit to Copper Queen mine.
Very small room (we didn't wish to pay for an upgrade) and basic facilities. One queen size bed and just room to walk around it. Restaurant not open on the day of our visit. No sign of ghosts.

Historic hotelPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: It has a pool, a bar, central location to all of historic Bisbee.
Cons: Nice continental breakfast, but would like the restaurant to serve a full breakfast.
Location: Copper mine tours, historic buildings, close to Mexico and Tombstone.
Building is beautiful, historic architecture, décor fits the era of the building.

Good location-walking distance to everything.Posted Sep 16, 2015
Pros: Rooms are nice and clean, but they've kept with the historical feel with the decor.
Cons: A loading zone, instead of carrying suitcases up and downhill!!!!!!
Location: It's AZ history.
Comfortable stay-clean, comfortable room. The restaurant was ok-but one may want to look around for some place better (a bit overpriced for sub-standard fare), but the ambiance was nice. Probably will not stay here again, however, because parking is about 1/4 mile from the rooms and there's no loading zone.

Not the best experiencePosted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
Rooms are very small and outdated. Window A/C was noisy. Bathroom was too small. The Magnavox had to be 40 years old.

Awesome. We like how Bisbee keeps its older charm but too many buildings are in need of repair. Bisbee is in competition with all the other tourist sites in Arizona and needs to be more competitive.
