Great place! Comfortable accommodations, short walk to the beach, excellent front desk service and Jeff who sets up chairs and umbrellas on the beach is awesome. Didn’t visit the pool, but it looked nice. Easy to take the Frog Hop free transportation everywhere. Coffee and most everything is walking distance from hotel. Great experience.

Property grounds and rooms very clean, quiet and private. Employees kind and polite. Complementary coffee, dvd rentals and games was a nice feature. Beach 1 minute walk. Nice pathway. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Older crowd. I prefer siesta key beach over crescent beach but still nice.

They need to issue beach chairs. Look at all the past reviews, every one complains about the lack of chairs. All the other hotels offer them. Plus, no fault of the facility, but the smell by the beach was god awful!

We loved the property and the proximity to things in the area. Especially the private beach. For me personally I would have liked a thicker blanket to sleep with. The blankets are super thin.

We were pleasantly surprised as our room had a king sized bed, which we requested, but also an entire kitchen, including stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. A 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to dining and shopping. A free trolley to Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Beach is a 3 minute walk.

Tropical Beach Resort is a great place to stay. While we didn’t utilize the free bbq grills, we found it was a great amenity to offer guests, especially since there is a market across the street. Free trolley across the street as well. The beach is a short walk down a private path. We had a studio room which was perfect for my husband and myself. Will recommend staying here to family and friends and would definitely come back.

We booked the Conclare Deluxe Studio, Garden View. I was worried that it may feel too small, old and neglected. The room and the grounds are super clean and well kept up. To our surprise it had a small kitchen and stove. The kitchen was fully equipped and super clean as well. The units are older but well maintained. The beach is steppes away from our room, which I loved. Additionally, Lynn, at the front desk was welcoming, very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We’ll be back for longer stays!

Tropical Beach Resort was excellent. Brandy at the front desk was very helpful. Our only complaint was we had a room where it was very bright. It seems there should be drapes to cover the windows at night or you should be able to turn the front light off. It was hard to sleep, we would block the window with a blanket and even bought an eye mask. I think adding drapes could go a long ways for people that like it dark at night and it gave a better feel for privacy. The pool was clean and it was nice they are open late. It was in walking distance to local restaurants and breakfast places and you can't beat the white sand and tropical beach. We loved the little tropical walk to the beach. We loved it!

The resort is steps from the ocean. Beautiful beach to enjoy. The room is always very clean and comfortable. Personnel are gracious and informative. lovely place to stay.
