Nice spot... not very well kept

Posted Jul 3, 2017
Pros: Close to the water and rustic feel.
Cons: Pool could be cleaned.
The cottages were fairly charming and close to the water but the whole place was a bit tired to be honest. The pool didn't seem like it had been cleaned, our patio hadn't been swept and the hot tub outside our room didn't work. The rooms are very close together and on one of the nights people were having a pool party till 1am, which was noisey. Being right on the south of Siesta Key, you are some way from the town centre but the local shuttle service is excellent. Our room was quite close to the road and right next door to the restaurant so we'd hear the clash of bottles thrown into the dumpster nearby. Seems like a good place to go if you are in a big group.

Very relaxing and quiet. Quick walk to Turtle Beach. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Very relaxing and romantic

Pros: Clean comfortable bikes hammock
Location: 3 Main beaches - snorkeling - village with live music great food
I was a little worried by some of the reviews but decided to give it a chance and I'm so happy we did. We stayed here only 2 days after a business conference but wish it could of been longer. It is not the Hilton so if you are looking for that this is not it. If you are looking for a relaxing , fun adventure than you are in for a treat. Great super friendly staff. Everything is in walking distance. Free trolley in to village and #1 beach Siesta Keys, about 15 minutes away.

Bit of Old Florida

Posted May 4, 2017
Pros: Location
This inn offers a charming bit of old Florida in a great setting for relaxation. The facilities are clean, the staff friendly. This is not a luxury stay, but we didn't go there for that.

Get away from it all and a beach to die for.

Starting from the welcome, the extended recommendations for activities, sights, eating we felt almost at home. The room(s) was great- it had everything we needed and we loved the space- a patio for meals, relaxing, a small backyard with a hammock and a hut tub for relaxation, a living room , kitchenette. Could not ask for more. A great retreat.
