"The room was dirty—I found three bugs crawling on the beds. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and there were hairs in the bathtub. At checkout, the staff member never got up from behind the desk; she simply asked for my room number and didn’t provide a receipt. When I requested one, she said they were out of paper and that it would be emailed. I have yet to receive my emailed receipt. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again."

"Booked this hotel for the bi level loft. Let me start off by saying that the rooms were really spacious and the property was clean. The staff might have been the highlight for me. Incredible staff that were helpful, accommodating, and even saved some toys we accidentally left behind eve hours after check out. One of them they held for us until the next day. The breakfast was fine. Not much to ring home about, but it was nice to not have to pay extra for breakfast and the “make your own waffle bar” was a big hit. The only reason I am giving it it a 4 star review is the location. It was very walkable and it was never a problem in the morning. At night, after long park days it would be nice to have an option other than uber (although it was only like $10 including tip to uber to the park). I know it’s not Clemente’s fault that ART went down, but that was the only negative. We did walk basically the entire time we were there though it was totally fine. Just laziness at the end of the day (lol). "

"You have to pay for parking, room carpets and bathrooms are stained. Furniture is chipped or stained. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear the family at the other end of the hall yelling. It’s a family friendly hotel. You can expect kids running down the hall from 8-11pm. The shower hose kept falling off at random times. The pool area was cool. It just felt crowded and the towels were pretty old. "
