"For the price of this property this hotel is 100% worth it. We stayed for five nights, having a suite so two rooms with bunkbeds a king bed and a pullout couch. Having a full-size fridge is life! Especially doing Disney with kids, save a few bucks! Instacart some food to the hotel, which saved us a ton of money and the breakfast at this hotel is by far the best we had our entire almost 3 week trip! Selection and hot not to mention Micki waffles! Check-in was a bit of a headache, couldn’t get accommodated for early check-in so kind of sucked but understandable as it’s spring break and it’s super busy, the room wasn’t clean as I wanted it to be and there was a few issues, they switched us to another room which wasn’t clean either, housekeeping ended up having to come clean it, I wasn’t just being picky lol they took pictures and everything. I think it was just due to being very busy so I am giving them a break on this. The front desk staff was nice, but meh. They were basically blah and you’re in Disney!! As far as I’m concerned Disney having some more upbeat, happiness and eager to help would be more appreciated for sure. We also stayed at the Disneyland resort for a few nights in the calibre of front desk is definitely not comparable.. the pool itself. I thought the pool was heated, but I don’t think it was so it was a bit chilly for march, hot tub needs jets but decent! Tub and shower can used at same time this is a game changer !"

"The hotel was really nice and modern. The staff was outstanding!! The staff was very kind and helpful. We were very near the airport but Never heard any planes. We had a great view of the planes landing. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit L.A. shout out to James who worked the desk at night. James was GREAT!! There were to younger guys who worked the front desk in the morning they too were GREAT!! And the security guard at night was GREAT!!"

"Stayed for a quick one night after going to the parks. Had 24/7 guest services so when I checked in late there was no issue! Great value resort would stay again! :)"
