Nice hotel but don't hope for a lie-inPosted Jan 24, 2017 on Hotels
good hotel a short walk from the beach. Some rooms better that others - they will let you view to compare. Oddly finished in plaster looking like waiting for tiles. Fair breakfast. Helpful reception staff. Unbelievable noise

Deceptive photos. Decent hotel but not great.Posted Jan 11, 2016 on Hotels
The hotels.com photos were pretty inaccurate - this place was a lot more beat up than we expected. The pool area was surprisingly nice, but rooms were kinda worn down and our bathroom door was really gross. Overall not horrible but manage expectations. Location is good if you want to be in Sihanoukville - just a few blocks off the beach & the strips of shops & restaurants.

Good value hotelPosted Jan 4, 2016
The rooms are great and has a somewhat contemporary look, the restaurant has a completely different look. It's like the restaurant is a different hotel. It's not so well taken care of. I enjoyed my room but was really disappointed when during check out, they wanted to charge me 10.00 $ for a broken cup that was worth very little, I thought this was dishonest.

Pleasant stayPosted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: Pool,staff and breakfast
Cons: Maybe finish the rooms
The staff were fantastic, always smiling and ready to assist with any request. Rooms were very large and comfortable, although, unfinished with our bathroom yet to be painted. Ground floor of the hotel was being renovated which didnt really bother us. The pool area was lovely and very well kept. The only complaint we have is the taxi driver. We booked our taxi back to Phnom Penh through the hotel. He was given the address and said he knew where it was. When we arrived in Phnom Penh he pulled over in the center of the city, got our bags out and said "Here it is". When we explained that this was a KFC not Singapore airlines office he became agitated and told us it was around here somewhere. We then refused to pay him until he took us to the correct location and with that he threw the address into the gutter and told us to get a tuk tuk because he was in a hurry. After much arguing he took us to where we needed to go and then tried to charge us $10 more. We sorted this out quickly with the hotel and the driver stormed off. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the area but do not us their taxi service
