Not good experience

Hotel pool and leisure area under major building works checked out after one night no room service available limited drinks in bar very noisy stayed many times before now under new management Chinese were told me four friends never again

good hotel a short walk from the beach. Some rooms better that others - they will let you view to compare. Oddly finished in plaster looking like waiting for tiles. Fair breakfast. Helpful reception staff. Unbelievable noise

Deceptive photos. Decent hotel but not great.

The hotels.com photos were pretty inaccurate - this place was a lot more beat up than we expected. The pool area was surprisingly nice, but rooms were kinda worn down and our bathroom door was really gross. Overall not horrible but manage expectations. Location is good if you want to be in Sihanoukville - just a few blocks off the beach & the strips of shops & restaurants.

The rooms are great and has a somewhat contemporary look, the restaurant has a completely different look. It's like the restaurant is a different hotel. It's not so well taken care of. I enjoyed my room but was really disappointed when during check out, they wanted to charge me 10.00 $ for a broken cup that was worth very little, I thought this was dishonest.
