Don't stay if you need internet while you are there. Good place to keep the kids occupied with the pool. There is highway noise, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. I did not hear the people above or around me. Only those outside since weather-stripping doors to seal them (as well as making sure they are hung properly) is no longer a thing with American hotels. If you have registration or basic room issues, the staff is excellent. LeighAnn went above and beyond to help us with an unexpected delay to leaving. (Sidewall got punched out on the tire.) My only other issue was the internet, and nothing was done to fix that. The network for the hotel is set up wrong, the access point serving my location was not connected to the rest of the network, and the advertised ethernet connection does not exist. There is a jack but it isn't wired to anything at all. With access, I could have fixed it. With instruction, staff could not. All of this is on the property owner. It isn't a provider issue (althought the Spectrum connection is too slow for the amount of rooms they have.) This is the internal networking being setup wrong. I will not stay again, because I require working internet. If that is not mandatory for you, then Auburn Place should be a great place for you.

Once again I really stay there because I just like the old school layout of the interior rooms even though sometimes I stay in the outer perimeter exterior rooms. It's a nice clean hotel property. I still keep coming back to your breakfast though... Especially that sausage product is just almost inedible and then it's mixed in with the gravy and it ruins the gravy and I can deal with the gravy plain with biscuits but that sausage product. At least give us a break on that. I don't know who made the decision on that or if it's another regional flavor profile and I've been all over the US and I've never encountered this... and everybody I look around takes a bite of it and then they sort of like look at each other and that's about the only bite they take.

room was clean and breakfast was very good first night was very noisy someone was slamming doors almost all night at 3 am sounded like a bunch of girls or women having a party in the dining hall went on till 5.30 a lot of in-considerate people second night was much better

We stayed one night on our way to Texas and like it so much that we stayed another night on our way back home. Wish we had had a king size bed but none were available. We liked the layout of the hotel. The rooms were clean with no hardwood and tile floors (no carpet) a mini fridge and a coffee machine, we enjoyed the gym room and the pool... Breakfast buffet was standard cold and hot selection nothing fancy but satisfying every kind of diet.

The room was clean. The hotel was clean and kept up, the area had a good choice for food establishments, right off the highway for easy access. The hotel offered a complimentary hot breakfast that was good with a variety of hot and cold items. For the price- this was a excellent option for the overnight say we needed while traveling

This is the 1st time we have stayed here and will definitely stay here in the future. It is a very unique hotel. Auburn Place is very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door.

The first room we were in had no hot water and had a strong odor. Likely from the pool but very musty. The staff was wonderful however and quickly upgraded us to a different room. Our second room was much nicer and more appealing. If we had not been moved to a different room the ratings would have been much lower. Thanks to your amazing staff!
