Don't stay if you need internet while you are there.
Good place to keep the kids occupied with the pool. There is highway noise, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. I did not hear the people above or around me. Only those outside since weather-stripping doors to seal them (as well as making sure they are hung properly) is no longer a thing with American hotels.
If you have registration or basic room issues, the staff is excellent. LeighAnn went above and beyond to help us with an unexpected delay to leaving. (Sidewall got punched out on the tire.)
My only other issue was the internet, and nothing was done to fix that. The network for the hotel is set up wrong, the access point serving my location was not connected to the rest of the network, and the advertised ethernet connection does not exist. There is a jack but it isn't wired to anything at all.
With access, I could have fixed it. With instruction, staff could not. All of this is on the property owner. It isn't a provider issue (althought the Spectrum connection is too slow for the amount of rooms they have.) This is the internal networking being setup wrong.
I will not stay again, because I require working internet. If that is not mandatory for you, then Auburn Place should be a great place for you.
