The hotel is kept clean and the staff is attentive and helped us quickly and efficiently when any need arose. The position of the hotel on the corner of a bend and side of hill is perfect for enjoying the view of the mountains if they are visible during your visit. The buffet breakfast was less than average and the capacity of the water heaters in the room did not allow for more than a five minute shower for one person before needing 40 minutes to heat up again.

Breakfast was strictly ok. Chef was kind enough to customise the food as per our taste There is no indoor games or spa or massage in d resort Front desk could not verify our booking done with hotels.com It was troublesome to get the matter resolved

Our stay was pleasant. However we faced two problems Breakfast was not upto the mark. However the chef was kind enough to customise food as per our taste When we checked in and till our total duration reception asked us to pay room tariff. Since they had not received money from hotels.com Which was shocking

The good - the staff is friendly, the food is acceptable, the location is almost in the centre of the city. The bad - the staff is not up to the mark in services, the rooms are dated and most importantly, the hotel is geared up to dealing mainly with large groups mainly from Gujarat, which puts individual travelers at a disadvantage with respect to room cleaning, buffet breakfast, etc. The staff tries hard, but is hampered by lack of training and comparison with benchmarks. Five years back, this hotel would have been considered very good, but today, it's just average.
