10 minutes driving to the airport

Hotel is ok, kind of noisy since is next to the highway.

Very pleased with my 3rd of the 4 times annually . This being the best yet with noticeably much improved friendliness with all the staff all shifts.

Needs better cleaning

Its located near the airport but cleanliness could be improved. My room smelled like sewage, I am not a picky person, but this was a pretty bad smell. Asked for another room, and was just sent a spray for the smell.

Horrible customer service

Pros: i knew what to expect in the room.
Cons: customer service.
Location: Bajio (BJX) airport is 3 mins away.
No greeting at check in. When we were done checking in, I asked if breakfast was included. She mentioned yes but had no idea what was for breakfast "because she works swing shift and not morning shift". At check out there was NO thanks or anything at all. Really bad service.

Chairs makes lot noise can hear from next room, very clean room. Excellent food but only room service.

DIRTY CARDBOARD BOX

When I arrived the lobby floor was dirty, (someone has spilled some type of liquid) I was greeted by to very serious employees... not a problem. The receptionist look up my reservation and assigned me a room, I proceeded to the second floor room 203 the minute I opened the door I new something was not right because of the smell. the room has not been cleaned, I can back to the lobby and let the receptionist know about this issue she right away re-assigned me room 204 not before sending her associate to go and verified that "the room was cleaned" during this interaction not a single time neither of the 2 employees apologized for any of this. I went to my room and even though it look cleaned and organized... it wasn't. The floor was sticky, the pillows smelled funny (sweat), the bathroom towels had black spots on them and if this is not enough the walls are so thin that you can hear every single thing that was happening on the other rooms and aisle.
