I arrived with my family around 11:30 PM we asked for our reservation, and they could not find it. They checked several times, and it was not found. There was no way for us to contact Expedia or anybody about this issue so finally clicked I could just send you a message on chat but you chat took my message and nobody ever responded. You guys just took my money and I have not heard from anybody. Very very poor service.

On our first night someone tried to push our door open around 1:30 am. Reported to front desk, asked for security, no one ever showed up. They checked door in the morning, said card not used. They overlooked that forceful entry was attempted.

Our room had a strong chemical odor that actually was giving us sore throats. They claimed it was air freshener (no way possible) but they did move us next door to the Westin property for no additional charge. So, bad, but also good!

I did not like the idea that they charged me $10 for parking. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Menlo Park Palo Alto area and they are the only ones that charge for parking.

This is such an amazing hotel! The staff was professional, the location near Stanford was key, and the overall vibe was so relaxing. Our kids loved the heated pool and spent hours swimming. Highly recommend! :)

The stay was just fine. Decent room, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. Staff were friendly. The pool area was nice. We had a snack and a drink poolside. It had a good vacation vibe. We stayed here for a concert at the Frost. Easy walk to and from. My only complaint was the noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was loud at times. Overall I would recommend.
