Restaurant in hotel is very convenient. Ryan, the front desk agent was very accommodating and was able to check us in early to our room. He also suggested a great breakfast place down the road called "Hobees" and a few other places to visit.

Close to freeway, nice staff, great amenities. Hotel is a little bit outdated, the carpet in our room has lots of stains.

Annoyed in Sunnyvale
Quick overnight stay. Stayed on the 2nd floor in the main building. No elevator. Room was clean. Had a fridge which was nice so we could keep our bottled water cold. Bed was a hard. Bathroom fixtures were updated. Shower had perfect water pressure. Have restaurant on site and our breakfast was complimentary which was unexpected. We did have check in problems, they never got our reservation from hotels.com which was frustrating so I had to pay at the hotel. They gave us the same rate though. But the next morning I had to call hotels.com to get a refund. That was annoying.

Great property, walking distance from Google Event center. Has restaurant on site. Breakfast was very simple but it was convenient to have it right at the hotel. Really enjoyed lounge and gym. Staff is very friendly and professional. Our room (suite) was nice and clean, on the 2nd floor of the main building.

Our only complaint is that we wanted to watch a couple of movies and had trouble with that. We kept getting a message on the TV to call the front desk. The movies finally came through, but it took a while.

Great Hotel at great rate thru Hotels.com
Just needed a quick overnight stay and this particular Sheraton has been here for decades, and maintainer a great reputation. We needed a microwave in our room (they ate only upon request—for free—travelers maybe wNt to know that when checking in), and it was delivered in under 3 minutes, and set up nicely in the room as well. This room can run quite high Durocher week because of being so close to Silicon Valley, but got a great rate with Hotels.com!

Relaxing stay with our puppy.
First impression was good. Front desk person (Ricardo) went the extra mile to accommodate us. All your staff was friendly. Our pet dog was accepted graciously. Will definitely consider staying her when visiting this area.

Soccer Travels at the Sheraton
Traveling with my daughter for soccer. Hotel check in fast, overall clean, rooms spacious, quality tasty breakfast. I highly recommend and would stay here again if I’m in the area.
