Reserved a two-room suite with fireplace through Expedia two weeks before arrival. When we checked in, found that room had NO fireplace. Manager on duty explained that 'sometimes the room requests thru Expedia don't get to us'. Hmmm. The room itself was OK, was quiet, but we noticed several things: ...
Was the most amazing stay. Staff was over the top great! They gave us a free upgrade to a bungalow. All the little touches were beautiful. Grounds were gorgeous.
Great location for walking down the Main Street of Saratoga. We went to the mountain winery amphitheater for a concert. This location was perfect, just 15 minutes up the hill. The hotel was quaint and the rooms large and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay ...
Other than the area that surrounds this hotel, it's top notch. I would describe it as a little oasis. Room was very modern and comfortable. Construction and traffic noise is a little annoying, but overall it is the best nights stay in the area. Complimentary breakfast was good and dinner recommendation ...
It's hard to find a hotel/motel in the Bay Area for less than $200, and when you do it isn't going to be anything fancy. This motel is adjacent to a major freeway and noise is a problem, but with the air conditioner in the room running we could not hear the freeway at all. If you like to sleep without ...
Very pleased with our stay. Booked through Expedia and got a great rate.
Charming hotel.. walk right out on Big Basin Way, with restaurants right outside the door. The only downside I would say is that there isn't any food/drink available for purchase on site (i.e. after places close downtown).
The hotel was a welcome oasis, and we were very happy to have a good meal available right there in the lobby restaurant. As an added perquisite, Archie the robot delivered extra towels to our room later that night. The kids loved it!
I was in Cupertino for training for four days. The hotel staff was exceptional, kind and eager to help. The breakfast was nice out by the pool, but you could also eat indoors. The rooms were spacious and mostly quiet, mine was near the ice machine so I occasionally heard that. Comfortable bed. Lots ...
Nice and clean hotel. Bed was not very comfortable. Decent sized room. Air conditioner was very loud. Didn't get the greatest sleep but luckily it was close to where I needed to be. Good location. Close by to food and shopping.
Overpriced but clean and good staff. Good for families.
